Has anyone else noticed that the "And if we've only got this life" part sounds very similar to the chorus from things i don't understand? "This life" is also mentioned in that song

I notice a vague resemblance. What always comes to mind for me is the chorus to this:

[video=youtube;IgW5MMIhlLg]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IgW5MMIhlLg

So today was the first time that AOAL played on random in Spotify for me, and i noticed that they cut out the first two sets of "woohoo"s at the end

Not a big deal. They cut parts of songs all the time to shorten them for the radio or whatever. Clocks come to mind. The band has also been cutting the second half of the first verse when performing it live FYI.

Yeah, it's funny... I only noticed that verse of lyrics gets pretty much repeated in the 2nd half of the song when I noticed it missing at the beginning of their live performances :laugh3:

Seee? I knew I heard someone else in the woo hoo's! :D

Not sure where'd you'd find Apple and Moses tho... that's pretty interesting to have your kids on an album throughout:D

Apple and Moses may be in the "Alive again !" part in the choir.

Same here! And no, you're not reading too much into it, I agree with everything you've said.

In all seriousness, how can people do this? I can't listen to a song repeatedly more than 5 times or else I get desensitized and can't appreciate it anymore.

I listen to ASFOS and Midnight more then 5 times a day and I love it still :D

Too far gone, too far gone, get it get

That's a hat I hear
