What do we know about the new "Forever, Whatever" that just showed up?

It sounds like they've improved the demo from AHFOD, it sounds pretty good!

I remember reading some guy's comment saying that Forever, Whatever would be on Moon Music, now I'm starting to belive it.

If you’re talking about the Calvin Harris Mix, it’s another take of the song from the AHFOD recording sessions!

The one you mentioned that is 4 minutes, do you mean very close to 4 minutes (3min56) or actually 4+ minutes long. I've only found the 3min56 one in both instrumental and with lyrics, but the lyrics sound strange to me. As if they've taken the exact same vocal take for the 7min15 version and stretched it over the 3min56 version. (the vocals only last about 3 minutes on the 7min version).

It's in the folder of AHFOD demos (a link to download can be found on that site). Calvin Harris did a remix of the song.

It's not Calvin Harris's song though that's just a remix that was planned

If memory serves, I think the version of "Heaven" that was uploaded on that site is the same one that came out before the official version was released on TIM. Am I right?

I'm assuming this is okay to post because it's been up for almost 5 years now on YouTube. If it's not, then you can delete my post, mods

2019/20, really whenever that was uploaded. That version was actually recorded in Liverpool in the Parr Street Studio to my knowledge.

This was circulating around the time when One I love demo was found on a demo CD this was also from the a similar CD sold on eBay

ok I could finally  listen to the different versions of The Race, it's surprising how the song evolved so much, with 3 different choruses and arrangements... so-called "GS demo" (the original one?) is the one I prefer, the piano is great and it would've been great on GS for its nostalgic mood. IMO it was kind of the same situation as for POTP (I prefer the demo too), where keeping the original idea could be the best idea

I think my favourite is the GS version too. I love that it's so piano-driven. And I just think the 'make my heart start, you make my heart start, start to beat' is such a good bridge, it's a shame that was lost. I really like the added production and layering of the later versions but I dunno, it does feel like they've had a hard time finding its 'home'.

There is for sure a recording, it was in the documentary. Whether or not anyone outside the band has access to the recording is another matter.

Regarding the Spies demo, it wasn't part of this year's leaks (demo was uploaded in May 2022 as a separate file) - I thought it was because I found it included in one of those "State of the Leaks (updated 3/13/24)" .zip files on that site. If you want, you could remove this from the list.

Yeah and it was already uploaded before. So not new.
