Coldplay Live

Just got back from the show at the Fillmore. I'm pretty sure it was the same setlist as Coachella's except for the addition of Don't Panic. I think this is the order, could be a little off, but I'm sure these are all the songs that were played. Also Robin Williams was in attendance. The crowd let out a big roar when he was spotted and since he was up in the balcony he did a Pope impression and acted like he was blessing all of us down on the floor. 1. Square One 2. Politik 3. say about 18-20 songs will be played each night, how do you think the setlist will have to change from the previous tour? staples: Trouble (though I wish they'd play the 'rocked up' one at least once) Yellow The Scientist Clocks In My Place Shiver likley: Politik Amsterdam Everything's Not Lost Don't Panic God Put A Smile Upon Your Face new songs: Speed Of Sound White Shadows What If A Message Square One plus at least 3 more from X&Y I'd say a slight variation on these songs will be played most nights, any opinions?

i am going to the Boston Avalon show and wanted to know if they really are confiscating cell phones at the doors? If anybody went to one of the other buzz gigs could you let me know if this is true. If this is true I think it is completely ridiculous and not needed. If anyone could inform me it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

The show was amazing. No cameras were allowed in, otherwise I would have been able to post great pictures. :-( Here is the setlist.

I'm definitely planning on going to at leats 2 shows, but I'm wondering--since there won't be a presale for every show whats the best way to get the best seats? The last show I went to I just got the tix from Ticketmaster.com, but I wonder whats the fastest way to get them: waiting in line at a Ticketmaster outlet for the sale to open, or sitting at my computer clicking the refresh button? What has your experience been?

I just look at these sites because they tend to have the hot info as soon as it is avail...so I guess Boston it is for the final North American buzz gig....

I am aware of the pre-sale thorough coldplay.com, and also of ticketmaster. I just wanted to know if anyone could give me some tips or strategies to get the best tickets. If waiting in line or waiting on the comp is the best strategy than so be it. Just looking for some friendly insight. Thanks all.....

So Coldplay is coming to new york, I've yet to see htem, and I am dying to. But tickets aren't goign on sale to the public, at least thats what coldplay.com seems to say, and they are only selling travel packages from england. So am I missing something here as to any possible way to get tickets?

Does anyone have specific details on where/ when to purchase tickets to the show at the Metro? I know they go on sale the 30th, but does anyone know what time and on what website I should go to have the best shot at getting tickets?? I desperately need to attend this show! Thanks

I'm seeing them this Wednesday at the Fillmore SF, and those three songs are my favorite Coldplay songs...I'm craving to see these live... Just wondering, does anyone know what are the chances they'll be played?

Hey I saw that they're doing two "gigs" in NYC (one at BAM for VH1 and the other at the Beacon Theatre)...aside from buying through the tour package, does anyone know how to get tickets to one of the shows?

I was right there at 10:00 clciking and i did it so dam fast.. and i still missed out on the tickets.. I don't know if anyone heared of it before, but at the concert in Ahoy, Rotterdam they sung a dutch song called 'mooie ellebogen'. They sing it directly after the song Green Eyes. I've downloaded the song from this site and it's very cool, but short :cry: :D

I am going to see Coldplay at Bellahousten Park in Glasgow on the 2nd of July( which is the Saturday). I was wondering whether a recording of the concert would be made (Official or Otherwise). It will be my very first Coldplay concert and it would be good to have something to always remember it with (whether audio or video). The only reason I thought of this is because I see the links to other previous concerts and I was wondering whether the same would likely be done for this one?

not that i am diminishing the fantastic albums or anything, but i was inspired by VH2 showing a live performance of one i love...now i've heard a studio version of said song, as a b-side, but somehow prefer the live version and i've started to find that with a lot of their stuff...are there any coldplay songs you believe sound better live or in their studio versions? apologies if this has been asked many a time...

I hope they come to Australia soon! I've missed them five times, last time they came I hadn't even heard of them! Plus, I'm going to Scotland in July but I've found I arrive in Edinburgh 2 days after they leave! Still, when I eventually see them it'll be so cool!
