hey guys go over to coldplay.com and read the new journal. you will see that the 4th coldplay album is done. and the wait for a single is on. it deeply goes into dept about the melodies and patterns that each man put into it. and it states that this is the album that everybody will remember them for, so the wait is on. The single is coming soon

Since LP4 is on the horizon question will soon be raised about the B-sides......we knw that the guys have revealed many song names.....and we also know that they are going to choose the 10 best ones for the album which will leave 4 or 5 songs unheard......which will most likely become b-sides which songs do you think will be used for the singles?

as some of you know... NIN likes to put little bits of codes into their music/trailors/etc. Has anyone found any codes/encryptions in any Coldplay Work?

A video that was posted on another forum. The first song is the only one relevant to Coldplay. Are you the type of person who skips directly to certain tracks? Or do you streamplay it? Where will you play it? Will you listen to it with anyone else? Personally, I'll streamplay it in a car, sitting in the centre(4-speakers= good sound). I'm not sure whether I'd want anyone else around, cos they might wanna talk, I'd rather just sit and listen, uno? Can't wait to be honest!!

Right, so Coldplay aren't doing Coachella, Glastonbury, Isle of Wight, V Festival, T in the Park, or, well, any other fesitval that we know of (apart from Summer Sonic of course). So what are they going to do? I hope they do some special gigs, no necessarily big ones (42 dates at the O2 anyone?), but shows in some unique places. From what little we've heard of their live show I imagine it would be quite hard to put it on at a festival where all you have to play with is, um, the stage. Anyway, where would you like to see CP this summer?

Is anyone a little disappointed the new LP is supposedly only going to have nine tracks on it? I mean, I understand some songs don't fit with certain groups of songs, but...I don't imagine I will remember them by this album with just nine tracks on it. I'm the type who loves longer albums, especially if I imagine a story being told, because, like when reading an incredible book, you do not want it to end. Forty-two minutes? Ehh....

I cannot begin to express how pumped I was for X&Y. For six months prior, I was on this board believing all the pre-release hype. I LOVED the version of Talk that was leaked (still do), and then when the album came out, while decent, it was no where near my lofty expectations. Looking back, I should have known it would be impossible to duplicate the incredible songwriting and production of AROBTTH. That's why, while very much looking forward to LP4, I am tempering my expectations. As some of you may know, there has been a message board set up jointly between atease and coldplaying where certain immature corrupt individuals like myself go onto to plan out raids on poor innocent souls on other message boards. Anyways I came up with the name for the forum. The goal was to have a reference to both Radiohead and Coldplay. So I toyed with a few names, but combining Life In A Glass House and Trouble seemed to be the coolest one to me.
