Last night was Halloween here, it's celebrated every year on the fourth of December in Lebanon, it's actually Saint Barbara's day, i just wanted to let people know, i think it's interesting that we are the only country who doesn't celebrate it in October only, wearing costumes has been a tradition for several centuries, we do it to remember what St Barbara did when her father who was very powerful, hated christians and worshiped idols came after her to have her decapitated after he found out she was Christian, she ran away and got dressed as a peasant and put mud on her face but her father caught her and killed her, he recognized her from the golden bracelets she was wear…

I'm pretty sure you've all seen examples of stupid and useless homework which wastes your time. Well, I've got one of those. It's due tomorrow morning. Chemistry. Not regular chemistry homework, but chemistry (experiments) homework. I'm supposed to copy snippets of text and a bunch of pictures from the book. Why? Well, nobody knows, but it "doesn't matter", we all should just do what we're told to. :dozey: I'm aware that I've had plenty of time to do this, but I'm kinda a last-minute person. A thread inspired by an online conversation... is anyone else on this board a fan of legos, or were once a fan? I remember Legos being one of my favorite childhood toys and I remember having friends and my brother play with them. I dunno about you guys but I was never really into building the sets. I mean I might build them once but then take them apart to I could build my own thing. Anyone else have any similar stories? Thinking about legos now, i'll be quite honest... if I wasn't too old i'd probably still play with them now haha :P

First of all, i only slept 1,5 hours last night. I THOUGHT i had to be at school at 8 am. Well, it was 8:07 when i arrived at my school. And lookie lookie, i can't see any of my classmates anywhere. so how was your thanksgiving everyone? mine was pretty awesome! i didn't have to travel far, the food was excellant (both main course and dessert), and i had a few drinks which was also nice...haha :P
