The coldplay secton is so funny these days. I missed it last time around cause I was only a noob fanboy back then but its just hilarious all the threads taking the piss and everyone else getting all defensive.

I'm definitely still a huge fangirl (esp after hearing the new songs)...but I do want to say this:

omg, I'm SO glad I wasn't the only one who felt really disappointed with "Every Teardrop is a Waterfall." When I first read the lyrics, I thought "No, no, no... Please, Coldplay, don't become of one those bands that write stupid lyrics x___x"

 

I think Coldplay was already becoming a "new Coldplay" since Viva La Vida...

 

Hope they bring the "old Coldplay" back

Major Minus was so good live. Why did they have to ruin it in the studio :/

I quite liked the production on Chris's vocals in the studio version. Although one song with vocals like that is enough. You would completely destroy a whole album if most the songs had altered vocals like that. Hope Charlie Brown and Hurts Like Heaven have just natural vocals.
