March 5, 201412 yr Yeah I remember that too. Propably a management thing then. I'd say it encourages illegal downloads though.
March 5, 201412 yr I'd say it encourages illegal downloads though. This. I'm not buying mine from Target. I'm not even pre-ordering mine. Where I live you can drive to the nearest Walmart and have the employees dig it out of the box before it even goes on the shelf, which is what I did with MX. Oh sweet morning. Can't wait to do that again.
March 5, 201412 yr When I first read the album title, I was kind of taken aback. Every album since AROBTTH has been a rainbow of colors and hasn't used any kind of regular English words: X&Y, Viva La Vida, Mylo Xyloto. Even song title names are very short. This all seems to be a return to the old Coldplay, with duller colors and hardly any color contrasts. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
March 6, 201412 yr Is that a common thing to do with albums, bonus tracks only at Target? Justin Timberlake also had an album last year with two "Target Exclusive" bonus tracks, but I also found those bonus tracks with his album on iTunes and at HMV.
March 6, 201412 yr I just hope they do a commercial for Target. Usually when Target pairs with someone, they also do a campaign with them to promote the album.

March 6, 201412 yr Knowing the crypticness of Coldplay, I'm willing to bet my money that the stars on the album cover form a constellation or two. There is a Pisces sign [http://www.constellationsofwords.com/Constellations/Pisces.html] and "Big Dipper" [in Ursa Major the Greater Bear] in the middle of the Right Wing [http://www.constellationsofwords.com/Constellations/UrsaMajor.html]...
March 6, 201412 yr The album peaked at #2 in the Danish iTunes Store. \o/ Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
March 6, 201412 yr 6 March 2014 / submitted by Jose, Mexico Q. Dear Oracle, could you tell me who produced the new album, Ghost Stories? I know that Jon Hopkins produced Midnight, but did he also produce the rest of the album? Thanks! THE ORACLE REPLIES > Ghost Stories was a collaborative effort. As you said, Jon produced Midnight, Rik Simpson & Dan Green were of course involved and Paul Epworth also worked on the album. Guy actually did a lot of the production this time round.
March 6, 201412 yr Guy producing. That's amazing! I think the Oracle gives Epworth a secondary role in the production. Maybe he only did some "Epworthxification" just as Brian Eno on MX.
March 6, 201412 yr I think i can savely say this new album will be 10times better then MX. On MX there where too much plastic beats. The 2 singles sound really better then most of MX tracks, i'm not the only one who thinks this, i read it from much other people. Is it produced by Jon Hopkins?
March 6, 201412 yr Thats The Drummer right? That's a weird question to ask on a Coldplay forum... I think he's the trumpeter
March 6, 201412 yr Guy Champion and Will Berryman Thanks I couldn't remember their last names for a moment :bomb:
March 6, 201412 yr Guy Champion and Will Berryman No that's Justin Timberlake :blank:  I knew they'd be producing it in-house this time but Guy doing "a lot of the production" sounds even more epic!
March 6, 201412 yr Guys what are you talking about, it's obvious that the drummer is Thom Yorke, who doesn't know that
