There might be happening something at Apple Event today... I got a strange feeling. Since the venue for it is 7000 seater Bill Graham Civic Auditorium, there most definitely will be some big musical guest. The question is... is this Coldplay or someone else? I'm not so sure they are releasing whole album for free, but if they would perform there, we would get at least a single.

 

Btw... Nice to be posting again after a long time, as anticipation is growing to max now.

I think it's quite possible that they will perform on the Apple Event too.

 

Since Chris has a close relationship with Apple

I had a random thought driving to work today.. I am pretty confident the new single will be played live first, just like the MX songs were. This will likely be an up tempo album and the first single will probably sound a lot better live (Charlie brown). I also think the single will be anthem like, and give everyone a great idea of how the new album will sound. This makes the most sense to be at this point. #excited

I think your right. Not sure if they will follow the same pattern as the last 3 records, where the first single is big, but the second one is even bigger. For Viva, Violet Hill was the first single, followed by Viva La Vida. For MX, it was ETIAW followed by Paradise. For Ghost Stories, it was Magic followed by ASFOS. So if the pattern continues, the first single will be big, but the second one will be bigger. And I know everyone is different, and some would prefer the first single to the second, but I'm talking about chart wise, as well as commercial. Viva was huge, as was Paradise, and ASFOS. Just wanted to point that out. Although it could just be coincidence.

Imagine tomorrow's headlines: Chris "blown away" by Bieber's new single "What do you mean?", scraps new album as "not good enough". :laugh3:

Sometimes I do not understand the boys. All that silence (and secretness) during the recording process and then suddenly they are taking pictures with fans while (very probably) filming a music video.

Apparently the video is being filmed at a location called Worli Fort in Mumbai.

 

The Worli Fort is a fort built by the British in Worli, Mumbai, India. The fort, often mistakenly referred to as being built by the Portuguese, was actually built by the British around 1675. The fort, built on the Worli hill, overlooked the Mahim Bay at a time the city was made up of just seven islands. It was used as a lookout for enemy ships and pirates.

This is great. Definitely looks like a music video. Looks like new outfits too! Reminds me of a combination of Viva and MX. Exciting!!
