You might want to contact Gigs and Tours because they have said that tickets would not be sent abroad on their Facebook (instead being left at RAH's box office for you.)

 

Ok, thanks for that info. I pretty much expected i need to pick up my ticket at the RAH box office.

Welcome to Coldplaying :) a lot of us are in the same boat, I had the same tickets appearing multiple times for hospitality but were impossible to buy :( , very sad, its been emotionally draining. The demand is expected but the way the tickets were handled on Gigsandtours was shocking!

 

I phoned seetickets + gigsandtours and was told to watch Twitter and look online (like I didn't know how to already) and it seems they have been asked to tell everyone that and not actually look, anyone had anything different from them?

 

Looking at the facts I never had a chance, it's always about greed and mo money

i have 2 tickets for this show and i'm very happy. I offer the ticket to my girlfriend for her birthday :D

But i ask me some questionsand maybe you can help me...

- I live in france. The tickets are sent to my box? by email? or i'll must go to the RAH the day of the show to pick up my tickets?

- my tickets are West CHOIR seats. That's mean that i'll be behind the band and i'll can't see them? or they play in the middle of the concert hall and everyone can see the band?

You'll have to pick up your tickets at a box office, but we don't know yet where or what that exactly is.

Unfortunately we do not have the production plans for the show, however I can advise that these tickets are non-restricted view otherwise this would have been advertised at the point of sale.

 

Your tickets are set to be sent out via standard airmail and these will reach you no later than 48 hours before the show.

 

If this is not convenient for you, then we can change the order to be collected at the box office upon your arrival to attend the show.

 

Please respond with how you would like to proceed.

Turns out that they are sending tickets abroad then. Basically, you have the choice of having them sent to you or you can pick them up at the box office at the Royal Albert Hall on the day of the show.

So that basically leaves me with the choice between getting them via mail or pick them up. How long will it take for them to send tix to germany? They should arrive in time i guess.

I'd pick them up if i were you.It will be far less stressful waiting for tix to arrive that could get lost in the mail.

I wouldn't worry about tickets too much. Wait until you're about to leave for the UK (as long as it's a good day or so beforehand). If they haven't arrived, call up gigsandtours and they will cancel any tickets they've already sent out and make reprints available at the box office for you to collect.

Thats what i'll do. You have to call them anyway if you dont have your tix 48 hours before the gig. I'm leaving about 36 hours before the show, should be allright.

gigsandtour answer me : "Please take this as confirmation that your order will be available for collection from the venue box office from 18.30 onwards on the day of the event."

There will be people and therefore waiting a the box office :/

that does mean you can't get them before 18:30. Are they crazy? There will be loads of fans lining up, people won't make it to the RAH in time :\

There won't be 5000 people collecting their tickets, max. up to a few hundred I guess.

I believe they are sending the tickets within the UK.

Still nothing here for me, no ticket, not one! We'll be coming from France, flights+hotel booked, but no ticket.... :(
