ColdplayingfromKansas
Agreed about Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds. My second-favorite band touring with my favorite band? Yes please. My second choice behind NGHFB would be a little indie band called Racing Glaciers. They're from England and they've been active for a few years but the only work they've done so far are singles and EPs. Their sound is very reminiscent of older Coldplay--closest I would come to describing them is Parachutes-era mixed with a bit of Viva and X&Y. They have some really great songs: [video=youtube;r8M-eZWTtug]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r8M-eZWTtug [video=youtube;fZqZxq4wx30] [video=youtube;z6NgZqt504A] RG is probably way too small of an act to support Coldplay, but a girl can dream :D Honorable mentions: Two Door Cinema Club X-Ambassadors Civil Twilight

mayrn43
Bombay Bicycle Club, though I'm afraid they're goinh on hiatus I would love this...Bombay Bicycle Club are so underrated. I didn't hear anything about a hiatus, in fact this NME article says they're "working on new music": http://www.nme.com/news/bombay-bicycle-club/85633
Empy
Tove Lo. For the simple fact that she's a featured artist on Fun and I don't want that track to end up like Princess of China where they used a pre-recorded Rihanna tape.
Black Rose
Probably some random unheard of artist the record label are trying to push as the "next big thing". How else can you explain Rita Ora at the Emirates Stadium in 2012?
