Which "hidden" song is your favorite? i think it might be Til Kingdom Come for me. i would also like to say that i'm not exactly sure when Prospekt's March turns into Poppyfields, or if it's all just supposed to be one song, but i figured i'd add it to the poll anyway.

Anyone know of a site where I can get Chris' handwriting as a font? If anyone has any knowledge of where I can get any Coldplay related fonts, I'd be happy to buy you icecream.

UPDATE on Tuesday the 13th: Stream/Download ~~~ ~~~ The first (and probably last :P) proper Coldplaying podcast :D! After an eventful couple of weeks the Viva La Vida tour, has ended. Over the last couple of weeks I travelled to England to see the Manchester and Wembley gigs. I met lots of interesting and great Coldplayers along the way, did many amazing things, and will have memories for a life time. Over the course of the trip, I did some impromptu podcasts at gigs and with people, which can be found here: http://audioboo.fm/profile/vivacrew :D! The podcasts got a warm reception, so this weekend a final big blow out podcast will be made. …

Sorry if someone else already mentioned it here... So today I was looking for a song on iTunes when suddenly I noticed that Coldplay's "The Scientist" was currently on the fifth position of the single charts. :stunned: It just took me a few seconds to find out that some people of the (terrible) Popstars show actually (tried to) perform (ed) this song last week. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=caWwyeoMC60]YouTube - Andy, Daniel, Elif, Esra und Sandra 4. Workshop[/ame] Bad or very bad? What do you think? :D

Coldplay goes interstellar Monday 19 Oct 2009 Opinions are divided on the merits of Coldplay’s musical offerings, but its latest tour showed that when it comes to providing a visual spectacle, the band is anything but dull. The four-piece was backed by a magnificent set of animations on a massive scale created by Bristol design studio Hello Charlie, which helped the band to deliver performances that filled venues as large as Wembley Stadium. Hello Charlie was approached for the project by Coldplay’s creative director and unofficial ‘fifth member’, Phil Harvey. The agency had animated a small project for the band’s performance at the Brit Awards earlier this …

Journey diary - My trip to see Coldplay at Wembley 2009 Written by: Julie (Juliejulle), Photos by: Sanne and Julie This diary is an open letter about my exciting week before going to Coldplay’s finale concert on the Viva la Vida tour, taking place at Wembley Stadium in the UK… It started with me being depressed at monday for not going to see Coldplay at Wembley stadium, since it was the last show on the Viva tour. Then thuesday night I suddenly won two tickets to see Coldplay on Saturday night. Wooaaw!... At first I thought that I was dreaming, but it was all real. In the end it turned out to be me and a friend’s journey from Denmark to England. A journey with the pl…

Some people might disagree with me, but I like the X&Y era the best in terms of aesthetics. Explosive light shows on stage and whatnot.

Last summer, the management of Belgian based festival Rock Werchter offered Rozemarijn, an organisation providing care and a home for the mentally challenged, the opportunity to set up a tent in the artists' village, the inner sanctum of the festival, usually a no-go area for those not performing. Artists were given a chance to paint a plaster face, these will be auctioned off October 22 in Antwerp, Belgium. There is a possibility to bid online, I suppose. Amongst the artists/groups coorperating are: Lily Allen, Bloc Party, Elbow, Fleet Foxes, Franz Ferdinand, Kaiser Chiefs, Oasis, Nick Cave, Placebo and last but not least Coldplay. Chris Martin drew a picture of all four…

She also says he doesn't get paid enough... :shifty: I would ask more about him but I just meet her for the first time like 5 minutes ago. Chris Martin and Natalie Imbruglia 2009 started off with a very unexpected job. Brian Eno was working with Coldplay, and was experimenting recording the band without Chris Martin. He asked if I wouldn't mind recording Chris while he worked on material for Natalie Imbruglia's new album. I said I wouldn't mind. I wasn't sure what to expect, but engineering Chris turned out to be a case of trying to catch the enormous number of ideas that fly out of him. Most of the engineering projects I've worked on for Brian have been a case of pressing 'start' and then 'stop' several hours later when the musicians have finished improvising. Chris was recording short songs, constant…
