According to a survey by IGN Entertainment's GamerMetrics and Research Solutions titled "Anatomy of a Gamer," the video game-playing population is switching to smaller digital formats for entertainment and replacing realistic TV and movies with animated and comic-based entertainment. The survey was conducted in March, 2006 through IGN.com. I got my yearbook today and in the back there's a section called the "YearZine" And it basically highlights all of the trends, fashions, music, sports, ect of the past year. Coldplay's in it! There's the picture of Chris from the Make Trade Fair photo shoot (The one where he's looking up). And it says "Coldplay's X&Y debuted at number one and and stayed there for three solid weeks". Then later there's a list of top tours and Coldplay is 6th I think. And then a list of top-selling albums and Coldplay's 6th again I beleive. Well, i´m starting to petty the Katie Holmes and Tom Cruises baby Sury. This man has some really weird demands (i´m sorry if there is any T. Cruise fan here...but hey man...u freak me out!). Does anyone else have this problem? It just seems most of the people I know can't stand Coldplay,'specially my friends. They like to tease me about my...enthusiasm for them :P I deal with it, and don't try to push my music on 'em, but it would be nice to talk about them with someone else... ...which is why I joined here,I suppose :) Anyone else in the same boat? Ever had an experience where you end up defending yourself against someone else who doesn't share your taste in music?

Coldplay star Chris Martin is planning to hit the studio to duet with pop pal Embrace frontman Danny McNamara. The Clocks singer has already written plenty of songs with McNamara, so it is simply a case of turning on the mics and letting rip. Hello Folks! This is my first day on this blog, but I like to say something! I live here in France in a hostfamily for one year and it isn't always easy to live separated from you own family. Colplay helped me to stay fresh and open for new experiences! The song Fix You is so beautiful and emotional, when I listen to it, I can't help to dance and sing..the part with the electric guitar is the most beautiful piece of music I've ever known!! I was wondering if anyone know what brand that shirt is that chris martin used to wear near the parachutes era that has a big 3 with a circle around it. Is says something like to Brooklyn or something like that. He wears it in the Parachutes music video, it was black and has a big red circle with a 3 in it.
