the pre-show for the MTV Movie Awards, they just interviewed Zach Braff and as he had already directed a music video ...she asked him what artist or band he would like to direct in the future...he said COLDPLAY!! he said they were his favorite!! he looked at the camera and said Chris Martin... if your watching....guys?? It's nice and simple, so there's room for all those random desktop icons. i couldn't find a big pic of the robot, so I actually got a picture of one of the coldplay t-shirts with robot on it and traced it... making my own robot. :D

I just watched the Austrian TV channel ORF, reporting live from the British Grand Prix (Formula 1) in Silverstone. Anyway, they showed a reporter interviewing a former Formula 1 driver and in the background, I saw Guy with his VERY pregnant wife Joanna, walking into the house you see on the left of the picture below!! Guy was wearing a black t-shirt and Joanna wore a lovely brown dress - I didn't see her from the front but I saw Guy's curly hair and his face for a second and the big belly of his wife proved that it was them :D Maybe we'll find more pictures somewhere on the web - I think it's really cool that they are interested in Formula 1 and are VIPs on the race…

I think its just Australia.... anyways, Backstage Pass - Coldplay on channel nine at 11:30 on Saturday the 24th of June. a must watch interview, I loveeee it I've watched it a zillion times straight, cos I taped it aaaaages ago and I gave it to a friend to put it on a dvd so I could upload it and share with you guys (cos I asked a few times and it seemed that hardly anyone had seen it) but lets just say that I havn't seen that dvd in a while lol. I don't know why there putting it on again maybe cos Coldplay will be in Australia then :D yay. its not fair I've been expecting to see some ads on the twisted logic tour but nothing (maybe cos there all almost sold out)…

I know there is another thread about Keane being sick of Coldplay comparisons, but I read how they were sick of it, and I thought to myself ... hmm, is the new album totally or even slightly different from Coldplay? That's debatable, and is being debated in the other thread. However, I more wanted to talk about Hamburg Song. Is it just me, or does the song have a remarkable similarity to Life is For Living?? to me the organ sound is soo similar! anyways let me know what you think.

I've just returned from seeing Bauhaus and Nine Inch Nails and the show reaffirmed my idea that a collaboration between Coldplay and Trent Reznor as producer could be amazing. I would love to hear the guys fold in some of that edginess and raw sound they had with the first two albums along with Trent's unbelievable driving electronic grooves. Just a thought...I know that whatever they have planned it's going to blow us away!!!
