So I have a piano recital tonight, and I have been panicking for the last 3 days because I get soooo unbelieveably nervous. My heart pounds, I shake uncontrollably, I have to pee every 10 minutes, my stomach gets upset, I feel sick, I feel like I'm going to pass out...basically every type of nerves, I get. Any tips for relaxing/not panicking?

I wonder ? :\ I also have a sick father, who work so so much, and has over 60 years. and just at home a little now because falled in work and my sweetie cat Norska is sick and have fever 39. Norska is a delicate cat who does not eat much and often sad. you have to pretend that everything is okay in life. smiles in a perfect materialism world So my question is the same, how a person can endure the sadness?

I think the only work I loved is to work with children in school or in creative workshops but I forget how it was difficult to find even the worst job. if there is jobs be the servant of a wealthy family or I do not know. waitress. maid. walk the dogs of the richs. and more what is to have a paper of designer to have work more of 60h weeks be quite good at school but when not serve me anything in my life. conclusion, young people choose a career for you really and not make bad choices because you regret all your life .

Here is a fun idea for confusing people. Take the post you were going to post in a thread, copy and paste it, leave the thread, then post that reply to the thread below it in the lounge. That way people won't be able to follow a logical conversation flow. I'm guessing it will result in mass chaos, fights, and the eventual banning of Mrk.

How do you forgive someone who really hurt you? And do you think you have to forgive them to be able to move on with your life? I recently talked to someone who did some really bad stuff to me. Despite everything they've done I tried to be calm and polite but somehow, emotions took over. It's weird I always thought that I'd feel stronger after confronting them but the opposite seems to be the case. I don't think I said anything hurtful other than what this person did to me and how I feel about. Still I feel really guilty and much worse than before. In spite of everything they have put me through, I didn't mean to hurt them but I just couldn't help it. Anyone ever fe…
