selling on ebay makes me a tad bit mad. Especially since they're all over ebay now and the sellers didn't ask me for permission for using that artwork *SIGH*

 

You're so freaking awesome at making artwork and they suck at doing it so much that they felt the need to steal it from you and decided to give up and be lazy about it.

i had a smiliar thought recently. There's really a club or society for everything. Why not a group for singing and jamming Coldplay songs together ? Too bad I don't know any Coldplay fans where I live.

Batman, it's too bad they makers of these discs didn't ask you and at least credit you for it with your name or pay you a certain percentage of all the profit they're gonna make through these sales. :(

There were a lot of articles talking about the soundtrack and I wanted to see it just for that reason. Well, also I wanted to see it because it was an interesting project, it took 12 years to film it.

I'm at the moment only 7 mins into the movie, it is a bit boring for now but I guess that's normal for a movie that presents everyday life rather than a distinct story. Let's see how it develops !

I had heard of Yellow being on the soundtrack some time before, but I wasn't expecting it right in the beginning. I know another song I like - Hero by Family of the Year - is also on it so I'm already looking forward to its appearance.

I read the soundtrack was based on the representative songs of that time and how they fitted on the scenes. That's why it started with Yellow as it was one the most memorable songs of the early '00s.

I also wondered whether it means the film starts in 2000. Seems it starts in 2002, though, so Clocks or the Scientist might also have been an option...But then, Yellow is a more upbeat song :)

Well, I haven't seen the movie but I think that's one of the reasons. (I'm trying to guess), maybe it starts with a happy family or something like that. I can't imagine The Scientist being played in a happy scene.

Not exactly a happy family but it starts with the boy lying on a meadow looking at the clouds, so it does fit :)
