By the way, remember that LAMHEIN has been around for ages ! It is supposedly an Indian song sampling stuff from MX, so nothing to get excited about.

As for Brian Eno, I can't see any source for the statement he is back for this Era, other than the totally misinterpreted Lamnhein song. So I'd say that's probably not going to be true.

Only to explain better, I'm not that kind of people who says pop is shit. I listen to a huge amount of pop music (obviously I also listen to other genres), but there are different kinds of pop music and some are not so good imho. Coldplay during their last two eras took inspiration from pop music artists I dislike with all my heart, that's why I am so critical about it.

I like every genre of music except from reggaeton i just can't stand it. I like pop a lot and in the past two eras you mentioned coldplay has done an awesome <3 job in my opinion and I don't think the artists they got inspired are bad lol yeah we have different opinions of course except for this song this I just heard and I think it's really good and would like the boys experimenting with this type of music and sounds :) have a nice day - A

From the pictures, it seems as if the locals will be in the video as well. In one of them, there's a local Boy playing the drums so maybe the song is a bit drum-heavy as is with some stereotypical Indian music. I know I mentioned them a couple of pages back but here's another Bombay Bicycle Club song that I think describes what I'm trying to say and a possible direction coldplay will go in with this song.

I don't understand where they are going with the paint to be honest. I'm picturing the video as a re-hash of the ETIAW video, just set in a fort with many excited Indian folk. It seems way to derivative of MX in my opinion, even the patches on Chris's jacket. I'd buckle up for a repeat of the last two era's. Even "A Head Full Of Dreams" is painfully derivative of "A Sky Full Of Stars"

I don't see anything wrong on those outfits nor on the Holi paint bags thing. It' colorful like they promised, it's happy like they promised. If AHFOD is an MX - Take 2 (which I doubt), so be it. I love MX like any other Coldplay album. Just my opinion.
