Why would they tour without new music to play? That's dumb

 

What I mean is that it is possible for them to start touring, playing new material, and then release the album. Like in the MX era.

As per ColdplayFrance, PH confirmed they will tour in France before 2015 ends. That's massive news. I really hope that we get the album before that!

Hey ! I'm one of the owners of ColdplayFrance, and I think I shoud explain you where this news comes from.

 

With some friends we went to the Bakery in June and we met Phil Harvey amongst others. When we talked about the latest gig in the Casino de Paris, Phil Harvey told us that il was really great and that the band would come in France before the end of the year. It's not sure what they will do a gig, he said that they would come. However, I don't think that Phil lied about that, or it would be very strange...

 

So we can't confirm that it will happen, but it would be remarkable if it did not ;)

Sweet! That almost confirms we'll hear something new before 2015 ends at least, if ColdplayFrance is right! If they're going on tour before 2015 ends it's almost guaranteed they have new material since... well. why would they play without new material? As per @EasySuperstition99. Also, I really don't think a proper full tour would come before this album's released. (Agreeing with @the_escapist). All of this essentially means we're getting something - and very soon most likely. Can't wait! :D

Oh yeah... I think that's a fanmade thing... That same exact tweet was used by some website looking to clickbait people with the title "New Coldplay Album Art?" or something. The title looks like something that would be really insightful and give lots of potential info regarding AHFOD but as usual it was some clickbait thing that said the same old stuff we all know, plus that Twitter pictures which I think definetely are fanmade.

Ah, apologies. It somewhat looked like a more amateur/beginner design but I never know with Coldplay. I never would've expected the immense, discombobulated colors on MX's cover. That design looks much more professional and thought out, though. Also, I can't believe it's how many hours before the festival and they still haven't said who is playing when. I've never really been to concerts so maybe it's a standard practice, not sure.

I've never been to a concert either but my dream is to go to a Coldplay one. In fact, you could say that I have A Head Full Of Dreams, and one of them is to go to a Coldplay concert... haha :P In fact I might make that my signature...

Exactly. And haha twas quite clever :) Definitely do itttt. But also, every Coldplay cover is so vastly different from the others. :parachutes: :arobtth: :x&y: :viva: :mx: :ghoststories: I admire how they're not so narcissistic like many artists to just slap a random photo of themselves on there and call it a day. Can't wait to see what they have imagined.
