Im not sure if its been mentioned here before but in the Decemeber Ezine Danny McNamara (Embrace's Lead Singer) talks about like the track 'The Water Flows Over' that never made it to the final track listing of X&Y. These happen to be the same words of the chorus of the live Coldplay song 'Solid Ground' which suggests that this is the same track. Could this mean that there is a studio version of 'Solid Ground' lying around in Coldplays archives, perhaps for a b-side. Sorry if its been posted before.

I'm sorry if this has already been posted, but Chris Martin wrote a song with Nelly Furtado for upcoming album, Loose. The song is called "All Good Things Must Come To An End," and it might be a duet. It's not guarenteed to make the album since she has too many songs for one CD, but considering the fact that everything Chris does is above average quality, I'm sure it should make the final cut.

I'm a big fan of the song, but while listening to it being performed live (first on ACL, then at the MTV Europe Awards) it occured to me that Martin was trying to sound like Thom Yorke during the verse. I'm not going crazy, am I? My friend agreed with me. It seems as if he attempts to emulate Yorke's distinct vocal style during the verses, somewhat less during the chorus, but especially during the verse live it seems like he's trying to do it dead on. Anyone else hear this?
