I may have written a thread saying I didn't like Radiohead, but I compare them to such shite in music and I praise that Radiohead are around. Such music includes club music. Yes people like Basshunter and co deserve to be sent to prison for their crimes on music. I mean what saddo has that sort of music on their Ipods?? They have no inkling of what music is like if they listen to such shite like that. I was appalled last summer when I found out Viva La Vida had been knocked off the top spot of the album charts by that talentless knob! Thankfully the guys re took the spot a week later! What else? Oh yeah! Slipknot and other heavy metal bands! Sorry but what is that all …

Hey guys. I was just perusing around YouTube, and I came across a clip of the Jonas Brothers performing a cover of "Fix You" at the Hammersmith Apollo. Check it out- [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PzvMdUlvcLE]YouTube - Jonas Brothers - Fix You (cover) HQ sound[/ame] Granted, they did only a snippet of "Fix You." But it's still hilarious- at least to me it is. So what do you guys think of this little feat by the Jonas Brothers? Funny or disgusting? EDIT: I apologize in advance if this has been posted before. I'm new here. And I just couldn't resist.

I've always adored these guys. They've gone from touring with bands like U2 to posting where they'll be busking on their website. They've always been real people, and never let their fame (however temporary) go to their heads. If you like the commitments, their original sound is similar, but they've evolved over the years.:)

Well, I was just watching a Home Depot Commercial, and I could have sworn that the song in the background was extremely similar to Joe Satriani's song "If I could fly" (Yeah, I know about the whole Coldplay thing with him, but this has nothing to do with it) I haven't been able to find the commercial on youtube (Cause I know we all look up Home Depot commercials on youtube all the time :P) If you see the commercial on Tv, tell me if you agree or if I need a hearing aid.

OUT MARCH 31ST, 2009 FULL NORTH AMERICAN TOUR SET FOR MARCH/APRIL “A wonderful atmosphere - minimalist well done” - New York Times GREAT LAKE SWIMMERS haven’t wasted much time since the release of their critically acclaimed third album ONGIARA in the spring of 2007. After TONY DEKKER and company finished playing across North America and Europe to great review, it wasn’t long before they found a new location to write and record their follow up album LOST CHANNELS, set for release March 31 on Nettwerk. When photographer and regional historian Ian Coristine heard the broadcast of the GREAT LAKE SWIMMERS’ performance on CBC’s Vinyl Cafe, he sent the band an invitatio…

Jermaine Jackson has confirmed that The Jackson Five will reunite for a tour and to release new material in 2009. Jackson told Australian Associated Press that all the original band members – including Michael Jackson – have agreed to the reunion and have been working on new material. He added that sister Janet Jackson would open their tour dates with a solo set. "This has been a long time coming for the Jackson family to get back together," he said. He added, "What we've been doing is working on the music and all the logistics. It is going to be more like a family affair, Janet's going to open and, of course, the original Jackson Five: Michael, Randy and the …

myspace.com/qvsab CHECK HIM OUT,HIS STYLE IS DOPE. Actor, singer, and song-writer Marquise Wallace also known as "QV" is already making his mark in today's competitive industry. Having had principle roles in "The Preachers Wife," alongside Denzel Washington and Whitney Houston as well as Spike Lee's classic "He Got Game," already qualifies the young artist to take on the industry by storm. The 20 year old native Bronx, New Yorker was raised by a single struggling mother, and no father-figure due to incarceration. Wallace would find enjoyment being a menace to society heading for a road of self-destruction, and the rebellious found himself stripped from his enj…

I'm sure many of you have seen the Oxfam stalls at Coldplay shows, and know that volunteers staff them & talk to people about Oxfam's causes. Did you know you can also do this for other artists? If you're interested, you can find out more information on the Oxfam America website They have plenty of shows listed, and are sure to have more to come.

Hi everyone! I've been a Coldplay fan since I first heard "Yellow". After my Coldplay tribute song "You & Me" this is another song which was heavily inspired by Coldplay, this time "Viva la vida". Please have a listen and tell me what you think. Hope you like it. :) Tal "This could be the thing that people are always talking about" Here's the link to the song: http://www.kara-moon.com/forum/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=3275.0;attach=2634 http://www.myspace.com/talvinjones

Now I know there are a lot of people on here that likes Radiohead, so please respect my opinion. It is only my opinion. I don't like them. Radiohead are far too pretentious for my liking and are so arrogant that they never seem to praise any other band despite the praise they get. Also I'm not fooled like many reviewers into thinking Radiohead are intelligent. Radiohead create crap sounding music that everyone thinks sounds good, only that they are forced into thinking it sounds good because if you say something against this band then you are deemed "not intelligent". I won't be fooled personally. Thom Yorke is inferior to Chris Martin in every single way. The man can't e…

Okay, so I'm going to try something new here, something that they do over on the U2 forum (www.interference.com) and I find it rather enjoyable. Basically we'll go through some of this forum's most popular bands (Radiohead, Muse, Travis, etc) album by album, voting off out least favourite song until we're left with a couple songs to compete for the title of "Sole Survivor" for the band. Later on I may consider doing a Survivor with the winning song from each band in an "Ultimate Survivor round" The polls will last for around 2 days each just so it doesn't take too too long. I'll use this thread to keep track of things. Radiohead OK Computer - Paranoid Android…
