In the Scientist Coldplay video comment section, someone reccomended me to check out this song. They said that this was a very unknown song from a very unknown artist, yet so underrated. Haha, when I was listening to ''A Sign'' for the first time it let me think of The Scientist, but I didn't even notice you said it was posted by someone in The Scientist Coldplay video!

Surprisingly I do actually like it and for the most part I hate EDM. I think it's the dynamic of adding Chris's voice to this brash and loud mix.

 

The actual version that made it onto the record is, like was mentioned above, very lukewarm.

(I also like the picture on the video so this probably subconsciously influenced my thinking :P)

You know what's funny? I was thinking of a track that was really similar to this. And I mean, really similar to this. I thought it was original and I thought it up myself. Turns out I was wrong. The song seemed to be already made for me. Isn't that awesome yet kind of disappointing when that happens :D And this track is awesome so much btw.

I gotta feeling that a few of the other tracks that I think I thought up of on my own bear strong resemblance to other tracks that I may of heard before/already exist for some reason... don't know why.

Btw, I'm not an "Oldplayer", I'm a Coldplayer who loves their old stuff and new stuff. But, lets be honest, I also find many old songs better, especially from Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends, which is also my favourite album. And...

I also don't see myself as an "Oldplayer" , but as a "Neutralplayer", haha:)

Cause many old songs are so incredibly good and the new(er) songs are also nice and make you want to listen more (are addictive) IMO.
