Maybe the Kids and Monday Morning stuff is not even a line from a possible song. it just means something happends Monday Morning. Stop criticising the lyrics for god's sake, there is no context yet at all, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the "alleged" lyrics anyway, we are not fans of 4 poets or novel writers here are we? (or did I miss something?) ... it's music, we are music fans, and why judge these musicians that we love so much, on nothing musical at all... just some words?!?! :o They are teasing and tantalising, they are getting us all (well, definitely me) so excited, and I love them for it, I love the suspense, and the anticipation, and ugh, it's freking brilliant!!! Am I right? :) P.S. Monday Morning it is.... and if it fits the theme, which I'm sure it will, then it'll be a great album title... also, I think this song that we are getting these lyrics for could also be called Monday Morning perhaps? ;)
May 26, 201115 yr Knowing that Phil and some of the band check out this forum from time to time, I'm willing to bet that over the course of the last few days they someone in the coldplay camp has been reading this thread to see how all the fans are reacting to it and what kind of buzz it is generating. They are probably laughing at a lot of the speculations. That being said.... HELLO PHIL, OR ANY OTHER PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH THE BAND!!!

Try and figure out what they mean, and then you have the release date or more news... I don't know BUT I FEEL AN ALBUM COMING ON! :D

Locust7 said May 31st, June 1st ..., round midnight between both days we can expect some news. That means we have a bigger chance of getting the LP5 and not a single! May 26, 201115 yr Hold your horses everyday. It is impossible to judge a song merely for its lyrics and even more for a part of its lyrics. Anyhow, I really like the following part: Until monday morning feels another life. I don't know if on Monday we will have the single or the whole album. What I know is that they have set up a trend and EVERYDAY from now on we will get a clue/update until new material sees the light. So that's definitively something to look forward!!!
May 26, 201115 yr I think that the monday morning thing could be a possible title, but not an announcement. It's just lyrics. They haven't made them especially for these teasers or anything. I think we can't pin them down on monday morning. But it would be a nice title though
