Chris Martin is such an amazing vocalist and Coldplay is my favorite band. But this guy Jared Lee is unbelievable. If you love Coldplay and their sound and how groovy they are, then chances are you'll probably like this guy too. He is such a good singer and the music is phenomenal. Didn't see one so I figured I'd start one. :) Because their new album just came out like, two months ago, I've been listening to a lot of their stuff recently. Well, practically everything, really. lol. It took a couple of listens, but I'm really liking their latest album Daisy. I'd say Vices, Bed, At the Bottom, Gasoline, Bought a Bride, Sink and Noro are my favorites off the album. Any other Brand New fans here? :D

I only created this because it sounds ultimate and final. This thread will herein be neutral and open to anything and everything having to do with music. The idea is to break down the band thread walls and let a chaotic sea of ideas and interests flood in...BEGIN!

Well worth a listen. Epic band. They're really consistent too, there's not a single song of theirs I don't like. I got a sampler of the album yesterday, and it is sounding fantastic, particularly Inkjet Lakes and the new version of Shadow Committee. Can't wait for the real thing, out early next year. I think I should mention that I am utterly obsessed with this band. :D

Oasis have had quite a messy break-up. It started off with the announcement of a five-year hiatus, which was later called off. Then, in late August, Noel Gallagher announced that he was leaving the band. Later, Liam confirmed that this was true, and now he's revealed that he's working on a new project with all of Oasis, sans Noel.
