This is a topic for fellow lovers of knitting of the standard or even the purl kind (one that I cannot do as yet). Me? I am currently halfway through knitting a blanky for the up and coming cold winter months, in irish colours ofcourse ;) I don't know about other countries but over here it has taken on a new light and is now popular again, so if this topic fizzes don't blame me... :P

Have you noted that when a person says etc... they don't mean like "and much more"; it's just a way to give the impression you know more or have something else to say, but you've shortened it (you don't have anything to add, or just a very little), like: I bought some apples, onions, lettuces, etc... you never know whether it ends there or it means a lot more or just another thing. It gives the impression you know a lot, or much more than you really do. It's just a random thought I got today after reading, and I tested it, listening to what people said (listening to converstaions I mean) and like all of them (my test was on a very small amount of people though) …

what is it? I know what it means, but are you suppose to know by it? Like we were talking and someone said, and they ask you common knowledge staff.... so I said, well what is that? Since for me almost everything seems to be part of the "common knowledge"...... and the thing went on, and I realise that for people History and Literature things were like common knowledge staff, but when it came to 'the siences' it was almost everything what they called "expecific knowledge" or something like that

Would you like to travel around the world for 80 days? (actiolly it can be from 10 days to 1 year) I was just reading and thinking about that and it's so like........... yes! You can stop in 15 countries (+) and 3 countries (-) and it's like......... cheap, nice, fun, lovely.......... must be cause I love travelling! anyway, that was it....... and the pic is just some random staff from a Magazine :D

okay, Laura is telling me that Alzheirme (spelling?) is a disease and I am saying that it's not........... and she doesn't believe, and there are proves that say it is, but that's not the point. The thing is you once said the difference between a disease and what you called a "Medical condition". I said Alz..... is a medical condition, but the stubborn Ms. Laura, doesn't want to believe me! (must add you could have skipped that, since it's not what I am trying to ask). I will not waist my time looking for what you said, since I'll be realistic, and I know, I prolly won't find it. I say it is the same as Diabetes, which is why you said that, me thinks. Now, and after all t…

It's amazing how music can make you feel sometimes. I was just sitting here, surfing around the boards, posting here and there, when I suddenly realized how quiet it was. Unbeleivably quiet. And I also realized that I was extremely warm and thirsty, and I felt really really dry. So I go and grab a glass of water, drain it, and I'm still thirsty. How annoying. Then I decide to try and deal with the quiet. I go into my folder of music files that a friend of mine sent me before, and look at some of the stuff I've got there...And then I see this song that I haven't listened to in a while. I open it up... Soon as it starts, I just got this WOW feeling, like I'd just …

Thursday May 13th Camilla Grace died when she got her head stuck in the gate of her stall. Her neck snapped when she panicked and she died instantly. She was only 15 days old. She was a Knappstrupper with beautiful markings. She was so sweet, and everyone at the barn misses her much.

Their dad walked in, drunk again So they hid behind the couch He looked around the room for them He knew his children would crouch. Tears streaming down their cheeks They wanted to keep their mouths shut He stopped in front of the couch for a sec He was about to walk away but… He heard a whimper Soft at first Increasing in volume Soon the child would burst. The twin of the brother, Whimpering away, Put his hand’s over the mouth next to him To stop the whimpering this day. But the father had …
