Odvan
Listening quietly the song,I'm seeing that in VLVODAOHF and this song I miss a sound more like,em,rock? Not rock, but the clasical sound of a electric guitar,a bass, and drums,no weird synth sounds, something like Chinese Sleep Chant This is shoegazing. And yes I love CSC too. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shoegazing

Not rock, but the clasical sound of a electric guitar,a bass, and drums,no weird synth sounds, something like Chinese Sleep Chant Yes,they must improve and this is about tastes, but they are going to lose me,is not their fault,is because my tastes are changing and now I dont like this kind of music This is the problem of hearing a band that is active, you never know how they will evolve  Yeah, and that is absolutely ok. ;) There will be some guys who say: Ok, I really love AROBTTH and Parachutes but not VLV or the new single, so I can't count Coldplay to my favorite bands at the moment. This is ok, and it is also okay to articulate your worries. But not repeated over and over again... You have to be consequent and hear other music I think. You can't blame Coldplay for their pursuit of quality and evolution. That's a good view on it. :)
Technicolor Liver
The only thing I'm upset with is when you buy it from iTunes, Coldplay aren't the first people under composers. It's "Peter Allen, Brian Eno..." It's not their song, it's Coldplay's so that kind of upsetting to me. :|

mrman78
Love it, but really think people need to listen to it more than once before voting. If you vote based on one listen I don't think it's a true representation of your opinion.
Major_Love
I'm in love with Coldplay all over again. This song is brilliant, with Brian Eno written all over it in shiny red lipstick. It's actually fun to dance too – something I'd never think I'd say about Coldplay. I can see why the Sun said the Swedish House Mafia would love to remix it; it's epic enough to be remixed and actually work. In conclusion, I love it to pieces. I turn my music up, I play my new favorite song.... :dazzled: Same hear. The sun is shining and my face is smiling all the time. Such a great song! :) It will be epic life! Guest howyousawtheworld
Yep. Definitely a song made for the Olympics 2012. Even the artwork and Coldplay's "urban" theme is in line with the whole commericialisation of London 2012.
Malcolm-Edge
For those songs you all mentioned, do not forget that they were not singles, aside from Clocks. This is a radio single meant for one purpose. To make money. Granted to do that it must be good, and this song is good. It shows a good direction and lets reserve judgement on LP5 till it comes out! If you vote based on one listen I don't think it's a true representation of your opinion. Listened to it 4 times, gave it a 4. Does that mean if I listen to it 10 times, I'll give it a 10? :D Nah. Shiver was a single. In fact, it was the LEAD single. It's one of my favorite songs ever. This isn't Shiver.

ISawSparks06
Not really understanding the bashing of this song. What isn't to like? This song is a mixture of classic Coldplay, Viva, and a new direction, I think it's absolutely brilliant. Let me just say this: When Violet Hill came out 3 years ago, the first single off of Viva La Vida, I was NOT too excited. I enjoyed the song, but wasn't in love with it, never have been. But I LOVED Viva as an album. So, if this song is any indication of how the album is going to sound, I think we are all in for a VERY special treat, and an album that will be timeless, as is all Coldplay music. ENJOY THIS SONG FOR WHAT IT IS: An upbeat, happy, motivating song! :D

I like drums above all at the end :) I think the song is good, but it isn't defies the expectation. (it's not so good like we hope)

Cyan Kat
I listened to it about 5 or 6 times and gave it a 3. I really don't think I'm going to warm to it, more likely get even more tired of it.
