July 1, 201114 yr It´s awesome and very colorful...it makes you fell excited, and very happy...the first time I saw it I felt very strange, in a good way and I wanted to jump everywhere in home...and I also wanted to see it again and again and again :):laugh3:
July 2, 201114 yr I LOVE THE VIDEO. I think it'll help the song grow on me. It's already started, lol.
July 2, 201114 yr I am seriously IN LOVE with the video. It is esthetically impressive. Amazing. Perfect.
July 3, 201114 yr Okay, so I love all of the new songs (except ETIAW) and I love this video. Yet I feel like it isn't Coldplay. I miss the videos like Yellow and Fix You...
July 3, 201114 yr This video is almost exactly as I imagined it (I didn't imagine the stop animation...) down to the rising sun at the start of the video. So yeah, Coldplay and I are in tune with each other. Nonetheless, I like.
July 3, 201114 yr This video reminds me of Strawberry Swing, with all the stop motion. I think the video is pretty cool, the lights, colors, etc. The video is making the song start to grow on me ;)
July 4, 201114 yr the video from the arctic monkeys "Fluorescent Adolescent" was filmed exactly in the same place the "ETIAW" video was. Fluorescent Adolescent: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ma9I9VBKPiw]YouTube - Arctic Monkeys - 'Fluorescent Adolescent' (2007)[/ame] Around second :40 + [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fyMhvkC3A84]YouTube - Coldplay - Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall[/ame] Around second :40 + coldplay and arctic monkeys are close to each other, well... more or less
July 4, 201114 yr I like the video, it fits perfectly with the song: joyfull, colorfull :awesome: I especially like the scene in the dark with all the fluorescent colors and the scene outside the building!
July 5, 201114 yr I LOVE it :lol::lol:!!!! These are two wallpapers from the video I hope you like it! Enjoy!;)
July 9, 201114 yr This video is too happy... it doesn't feel like Coldplay. It fits the song perfectly, though.
July 9, 201114 yr This video is too happy... it doesn't feel like Coldplay. It fits the song perfectly, though. :dozey: Don't be so freaking depressing! No I know what you mean, but since Coldplay went all colorful and bright and arty with the VIVA stuff I kind of like it this way. And I don't think that a not-so-happy-Coldpay-video would fit to that song. Anyway, just my two cents...
July 9, 201114 yr I've just saw the video! One of the things of them are the positive message they leave in their songs. And this one with all the coulor, means optimism with lots of energy for the ones who listen to it, it's what we need to move on! So I liked it a lot!
July 9, 201114 yr It is a happy, optimistic, colorful video! And that is exactly the kind of mood i like being in. I always have Trouble, The Scientist, What if etc.. when I'm in a depressed mood. This song and video are just perfect to feel good to!
July 9, 201114 yr The video is really nice. I like videos that are like this, that are blended together like this. Animation and video! This song has really grown on me. I really like it now. :)
July 14, 201114 yr Haha Ive never payed much attention to the skyline at the begining until the oracle points it out. And yes it's definitely Chicago. Wicked!!
July 17, 201114 yr WikiColdplay video page updated :) http://www.wikicoldplay.com/Every_Teardrop_Is_A_Waterfall_-_Music_Video
July 24, 201114 yr I watched yesterday an episode of the -very- brilliant BBC show Luther, and they used the same building as Coldplay in the ETIAW video. The episode is about -SPOILER- a silly guy who kidnaps a few students and brings them to that building to kill them. I took a few pics It was supposed to be scary, but to see that guy with the mask standing where Chris Martin would sing a few weeks later "Cathedrals in my heaaaaaart"... that just totally ruined it and made my day  If anybody wonders where it is, here is what they say about it : the industrial zone Green Valley, on the old Stonewater Price docks.
