Im curious is there an audible difference between the iTunes version (256) and MP3 (320). Im trying to decide what to do with my download and if it doesn't sound any better I'll gift it to someone. Thanks in advance!

I don't know why but on Coldplay.com it denies entry to see how my order is. It still is "Charged Preorder" and I haven't gotten any e-mail for the digital version. Anyone got a solution?

It depends how well tuned your ears are to music quality. I personally can't hear the difference between 256, 320 and FLAC with a few exceptions. But to other people it's a very clear difference.

And yes, the mp3 is 320.

I redeemed mine but i didnt work, so i redeemed i again and, as i thought, it had expired. Load a shit, not a good start and doesnt bode well for december come the proper release! If i didnt already have two 320 kbs version I would complain but cba!

I didn't even realize I got a digital download with my special edition purchase, so I ordered from iTunes as well. I'm a little slow at this stuff...haha. I never got an email from Merchdirect but definitely got charged for it. Thanks for the thread - now I will get it in better quality once I can finally download it. ;)

Stupid webshop! I had a problem with my order (I didn't get a confirmation email) so I made a second order. I emailed them about it and both orders were made correctly so I cancelled one of the orders. I got the credit card receipt today and they made me pay for both orders, aaargh! I just sent them another email, they better fix this soon!

Pop-up album!!!!

 

Who else is getting the pop up album?! I know it's a bit pricey but it seems like a Coldplay collection can't be complete without it (I'm already bummed I can't get the Safety EP anywhere).

Well, since it's a 64 page book, I'd guess 32 pop-ups?

I am eagerly awaiting it. Too bad I picked the cheapest shipping, so, I'll have to wait until right before Christmas, probably.
