That triangle isn't a tattoo imho. I think he drew that, like he used to draw the MTF equal sign on his hand. The same goes to the writing, even though I have no idea what it is.

Hum, I don't think so. If it was a charity sign, they would already have tweeted stuff about it and added such organization to the "Friends" 'zone' in the Timeline.
