I came across a post about IQ Magazine's story on Coldplay and, much to my surprise, found a full-page advertisement with MY PHOTO on it! I had given the company permission to post my photo on their website, which they have, but nothing more. I'm disappointed that they have used my photo without my knowledge or consent, and am wondering just what I should/could do about this. It has been almost a year since Coldplay performed Viva La Vida for the first time at the MTV movie awards. Which is crazy to think about. I remember last summer being one of the best summers ever. The anticipation for the new album was so big. I sort of miss that anticipation. Who would think that they would be touring for a year straight, and then some? It is just so crazy. We have threads for the hardest guitar riffs, hardest drum parts, and hardest basslines, why not Chris vocal parts? 1. Yes -ridiculously low notes 2. Amsterdam -the switches between falsetto and tenor in the verses 3. Speed of Sound -just a very high-pitched yet powerful song 4. Low -the whole end "I feel low" as well as the "you should try" at the end of the second verse 5. Fix You -just really high notes, you have to be very good with your falsetto 6. Shiver -can anybody hit those straining high notes "sing it loud and clear" without sounding like a dying dolphin? What do you all think?
