My husband sent me this small articale. Thought you all might me interested. Coldplay are moving into new phase Next album could sound like ABBA or they might just wear frocks Coldplay have announced that current album 'X&Y' marks the end of the first phase of their career. The band explained that they have already been working on new material while on tour, and plan to move away from their current sound. Chris Martin told Xfm: "We're always working on new material. We've got no laurels to rest on. We're still looking for our laurels in my opinion. We've everything to prove and we've finished phase one of Coldplay and now we're going to enter phase two, …

From Ireland On Line Martin eyes Coldplay duet with Dion 10/10/2005 - 17:34:49 Coldplay frontman Chris Martin hopes to record a duet with Celine Dion in the near future, because he wants to push the band's sound to the limit. The Clocks singer is determined to expand Coldplay's sphere of reference and believes a duet with Canadian Dion will help him achieve that aim. He says: "We shouldn't restrict our options. To me, the most bizarre things at the moment are the most exciting. "I'd even be up for making a didgeridoo album in Alice Springs."

Recently here in my part of the world they have introduced classical music in trainstations to get rid of drug dealers/users, no-good-doers (sound like a Bush word) etc. well its seems a similar approach is being applied in KFC. I was coming home from a concert today it was quite early morning and while waiting for a bus decided to get some chips with my sister. There was a rowdy and drunk bunch hanging around, the security guard tried to get rid off them. They were out the door when all of a sudden i hear Clocks playing :stunned: the KFC manager had just put it on and people seemed to calm down. well just wanted to share my little story...and take up space...

From The Sun Martin: Paul Daniels is best By SUN ONLINE REPORTER SINGER Chris Martin claims there is only one act in the world that is better than Coldplay – magician Paul Daniels and his assistant Debbie McGee. The British band were named Best Act In The World Today at the prestigious Q Awards on Monday, beating off stiff competition from Oasis and U2. Chris admitted he was thrilled at receiving the accolade but insists his group cannot compare in the entertainment stakes to the diminutive magician and his wife. He told Radio 1: “We’re good but we’re not better than Paul Daniels, especially with Debbie McGee. They’re an unbeatable combination" M…

Hey... does anyone know where they still sell these? It's almost impossible to find any background information on them. Is that because the model was released years ago? I've found a few webpages on it: http://achamilton.co.uk/~achamilton.co.uk/public_html/GT20.htm http://www.reidys.com/index.pl?submit=View_PLU&PLU=3329 http://www.discountpianowarehouse.com/acatalog/Yamaha_Grantouch_Digital_Pianos.html It seems pretty expensive. £2689.99 (4,734 US$). Or, is that a good deal for a professional-grade, album-recording-quality piano? Will I have to go to an actual Piano Store to see if they sell it anymore? That's probably the most logical thing to do. …

Through various means such as Ebay and record shops I am creating a little homage to Coldplay in the form of badges! They are fairly hard to come by. My little creation is modest so far...13 badges but I thought you might like to see it! They are attached to a piece of tartan (naturally) ribbon and I hope to get many many more so watch this space! Or maybe you would like to donate some... :P

Hey I'm putting into Yousendit since that seems to be the quickest way. Might as well rapidshare it too so that the max people possible can get it when I put it up. Its rather large, 220mb, so it'll take a bit (especially since I'm wireless). So be a bit patient. Oh, and White Shadows is by far the best song on the album. (this wasn't me, some guy on the official forum: http://forums.coldplay.com/viewtopic.php?t=25252_
