    I'd like a more complete list besides: Chris Martin- vocals/piano Will Champion- drums Jonny Buckland- guitar Guy Berryman- bass They use strings, synths, percussion and loads of other things. I want to know who plays EXACTLY what!

  9. So, as we all know, pitchforkmedia.com hates and despises coldplay. they reviews are very unfair, going as far as saying that in AROBTTH, and album containing such incredible songs as Clocks, Amsterdam, Politik..., "the guys forgot to tote along their initial strength: the songs. " So, what will they give this album? For some reason i have a feeling that someone there will love it and give it a high rating. I say 7.8

    Poppy Fields, Rainy Day and Leftrightleftrightleft? I thought they were gonna be on the album.... Will they be leaked as well? I really wanted to hear Rainy Day and Poppy Fields. I just think mixing up songs from different sessions doesn't give us the full look of what the album was originally expected to be;

  14. Despite the fact that they’re one of the biggest rock acts on the planet — so much so that they made selling 10 million copies of their last album seem unassuming — Coldplay keep a surprisingly low profile. Case in point: their near-invisible entrance into the Gibson theater, which took place while PCD were still gyrating their way through rehearsals. One minute, I was watching the Dolls, the next — wow, there’s Chris Martin, and he’s standing right next to me. And he seems to be in good spirits, because as PCD worked their routine, Martin turned to a producer and laughed “Now I see why you booked us — for eye candy!” Fast-forward about an hour — rehearsals take…

    I lucked out tonight. I was watching the hour for the first time in a few days, and there was Chris talking about Parachutes. It was another little promo clip for the Friday special. You can see it for the next day here: http://www.cbc.ca/thehour/content/wholeshow.html just a little before the halfway mark. It was after Mike Holmes and before James Frey. I wonder if they'll show any more new clips over the next couple of days? I'm thinking probably.

    What do you guys think of it? Chris said it was shit. But, to be honest I would've liked it if it was on Parachutes. Although, it really couldn't since it wouldn't fit well with the rest of the album. To me it's pretty catchy.

  22. I live in the U.S., and my release date of Viva La Vida is June 17th. Will I be able to go into a 24 hour store that will be selling Viva La Vida at 12:00 AM on June 17th and purchase the album, or does it just depend on the store policy or whatever? Thanks!

    Looking at the banner on top I must say that Coldplay are some weird looking sons of bitches. - Dude on the right looks like a god damn gremlin. A chubby gremlin. - Chris Martin looks OK I guess. No complaints there - Person with the beard looks like a fucking Gopher-Hobbit. With a beard. - Lad on the left just looks like a complete fruitcake. He's trying to look "deep" in that picture when he really looks stupid. This is the one I would most like to punch in the face. Fortunately, I do no know their names. Nor do I ever want to. They are very strange looking people. I wish death upon their kittens.
