After reading that the first country to get Viva La Vida will be Japan (June 11), I've immediately checked the HMV Japan website. That's what I've found: http://www.hmv.co.jp/product/detail/2721386 So it looks like in Japan they will get the usual bonus track. Can anyone read Japanese and translate this songlist, to be able to know the name of the bonus track?

i have the opinion that is this is the track that Chris said was the song that everybody should here ounce in their lives. i mean its deliberately been avoided in the various song reviews so far. i hope theres less sentimental trash on the new album this time, but it seems to be ingrained in Chris Martins head.

Coldplay apparently rented a former bakery Chris Martin has reportedly revealed he hired a former bakery to become Coldplay's new headquarters. He hired the site in Primrose Hill, north west London, to deflect attention, the NME reports. Chris told the music weekly he chose the building because it was so unappealing. Let's start a thread consisting of opinions we have that probably won't be shared with others around here. I'll start! When it comes to ranking their albums, Parachutes and X&Y are tied for the best, while Rush of Blood is in a distant third/second. Swallowed in the Sea is an awesome song, both musically and lyrically. In My Place isn't very good unless sung live, with an entire crowd providing backing vocals.

I remember seeing an album with a cover similar to the cover for "Viva la Vida". After some searching, it turns out this album was Viva La Revolution bythe Japanese group Dragon Ash. Que the picture: Slightly similar name too, once you think about it.
