The moments that really get to you. That you connect with. The moments music becomes something more than sound. For me it's: The last 35 seconds of Bjork's Unravel, after such a wonderful song. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ueUT_Mccn7w]YouTube - Björk-Unravel[/ame] 2:23-2:41 of Lime Tree by Bright Eyes (and I don't like Bright Eyes generally), with the strings, backing vocals and lyrics. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9591zoSkqyc]YouTube - Bright Eyes- Lime Tree[/ame] 0:39-1:55 of Daniel Johnston's Walking The Cow for pure sound. The best part of any lo-fi song ever. So, she's all over the airways. Now, according to NME, she is going to be at Glastonbury. YES GLASTONBURY. How insulting for the masses that who have already bought tickets! Is she really this dumb? Lady GaGa has compared The Beatles to the Jonas Brothers. The singer made her assessment after admitting that her song 'The Fame' was inspired by the Fab Four's 1969 'Abbey Road' album. "They were responsible for the birth of the sexual revolution for women," she gushed, before adding that the Jonas Brothers are currently the Scouse legends' equivalent. She said: "Now we have the Jonas Brothers representing the return of the superfan" (Daily Star). Source:http://…

Bright Eyes is an underground band, and thats kinda why I like them. They have a lot of CD's actually. I recommend them. If you wanna download a song just to see what there like, download 'A Perfect Sonnet', listen to the words closely. Its good stuff.

Hello there, I am a huge fan of Belgium and I know they have very very good artists there who are underrated. So I thought maybe I should start a thread just for this country and its music. I am far from being an expert, really, and I sure hope that other people post artists on here and some songs. If any Belgian coldplayers want to help me, please go ahead :D So first artist, one of my favorite of all time is Novastar, the band of the fabulous Joost Zweegers. I love all 3 albums of this artist and I seriously think he should be more known. These two songs really got me into him. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Duy4cxmT9RY]YouTube- Novastar - …

I don't usually like bands of their genre [you know, the whole semi-pop, semi-rock, semi-whatever thing], but for whatever reason, I really like The Ataris. How about "Boys of Summer"? They're a pretty good band, but I don't want to be too hasty in saying that they're great. Does anyone else like them?

Hey all. I've recently finished updating my Myspace profile (appearance, bio, music etc etc) and I thought to myself..."wouldn't it be great if somebody was to see this?" So I've set myself up on a quest to promote myself and music any means possible. I start by creating a thread so the lovely people at coldplaying who have Myspace may hopefully add me and (if I'm lucky) listen to my music! In addition to Myspace, I also have an account on soundcloud.com. I've got a whole load more songs uploaded on it, but I feel like I should have a Myspace page because it excessively used all over the world (although not much in my friend circle, hence why I have to come to m…

I recently found out about these guys and I really think they sound good, they only have an EP out now, but everyone has been raving about them. They have a bit of a Surfer feel to them and they remind me of a more indie Beach Boys. Anyway this song is addicting, the guitar <3 [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6OsTUnkqSi4]YouTube- The Drums - "Let's Go Surfing" Music Video[/ame]
