Magenta Skycode’s frontman is Jori Sjöroos, who is also known as Fu-Tourist and the producer of PMMP, popular Finnish rock band. Sometimes you listen to an album and think the first time “hey, this is pretty good”. But soon you find yourself listening to it non-stop for a few days or weeks. One of those albums for me this year has been Aidan Knight’s Versicolor. While it is just 8 songs long, and one of those is sort of an interlude, each track is enjoyable and completely immune to the “skip forward” button.
