Live albums and EPs aren't studio albums, there are different categories for those kind of releases.

Britain's biggest band had a quiet 2013, but their track 'Atlas' for the Hunger Games: Catching Fire soundtrack and a small Christmas pub gig for locals in Somerset reminded the world that Chris Martin and company haven't gone into early retirement.

 

Dates and timings are top secret, but a new album and an end-of-year tour are on the cards. Who knows, a surprise secret slot at their home-away-from-home, Glastonbury, could even be on the cards.

They changed it three days ago. They had to replace Christmas Lights (they can't leave that one on the frontpage forever), don't know they choose Don't Panic. I don't mind though, I love the song.

That's why I was surprised too. Why not promote Atlas a little longer?

If Coldplay's trying to tell us something about the direction they'll be taking with LP6 by posting Don't Panic on their main page (though I seriously doubt there's any underlying message there), I will be very, very happy.

it has G, A, M written inside. the ghost doodle could be a tiny clue like in the video before viva was released, but who knows. the background story is hard to believe to say the least!
