"A Head Full of Dreams" is of course just the working title of the album. It'll actually be called "A Bull Full of S***" and contain not just one but two tracks of full silence (titled "Gotcha" and "Gotcha pt. II"), a song strongly inspired by animal sounds, a cover of Aqua's Barbie Girl, and a remake of an unknown Coldplay oldie: Ode to Toothpaste.

In other news, there will be a song called "A Head Full of Empty Space" which will be about Gwyneth Paltrow.

And the new album, Phil Harvey will be stepping upto the plate and becoming lead guitarist while Jonny does his inner dream, become Coldplays Interprative dancer. The whole album will feature a full length dance routine that is performed on stage and will be released on the Special Edition.

And the actual title will be "Just Imagine The Sounds", if you listen closely you will actually hear music in the distance. Sound awesome.

And instead of 'A head full of Dreams' it could be called 'Gold mine right between the Ears'....a little long but it could work...GMRBTE...considerations...

I think it will be very close to Ghost Stories' sound in terms of what Will does on drums and a general vibe to the songs. I might be wrong, but I feel like these albums have more in common than just following each other. The band have recorded them literally back-to-back, which is the first time they did that. I expect some more 'A Sky Full of Stars' type songs...I wouldn't be too surprised if the art was by Mila Fuerstova again too, to be honest. It's just going to be more into the world and maybe less small, dark venue type of album.

Nah, they don't do the same thing twice. I think it was either Will or Chris who said LP7 is far from Ghost Stories' sound, which to me, sounds like the quiet, EDM-like sound won't be around anymore.

I hope they work with Mila Fürstová again. I just love the Ghost Stories cover art :dazzled:
