Tonight at midnight german radiostation 1Live brings their programme called KASSETTENDECK, in which famous people mix their own one hour "Cassette" of favorite songs or those they have been influenced by the most. Tonight with Chris Martin! I guess it is a recorded session and not live on air, anyways i am gonna try to record it and post it in the multimedia section tomorrow.

I was listenig to a program on an Italian radio, R101, when the dj started talking about Coldplay. She made an interwiew to an Italian violinist, Davide Rossi, who is the one who plays the violin in "Viva La Vida"! I couldn't believe it. He said also that is still working with them on new songs but he couldn't explain more. Sorry if it was already posted.

OK, here's the deal: Live in Stockholm, Sweden, on Saturday 23rd November 2002, Coldplay played a brand new song, previously unheard, called "Marianne" or "Sweet Marianne". It has been described as a "full on rock song" by fans who got to hear it. A guy called Gromit claimed to have recorded this song (thinking it to be called "Madelaine" - see his posts on this page: http://coldplay.artscience.net/vbb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=20513&perpage=30&highlight=marianne&pagenumber=2 I've emailed him to ask if he's got it and could maybe help us get hold of a copy. Respect to Guy for doing this and the money he raised for charity. I am interested as to what motivates people to put themselves through so much suffering (there are other ways to raise money for charity :)) Isn't Guy on record as saying he hated sports at school? Given this, I would have thought it was the last thing he wanted to do..

Ok, short of asking the Oracle I don't know who else could help me. My friends and I were talking and we were trying to figure out which member seems more manly or seems like they may have more testerone! At times I think all of them can but then other times not b\c of Chris + Jonny= <3 and together forever ! Guy and Will I think do ! but sometimes Will more than Guy ! whad'a think?

OK..I have to ask this question because its killing me...Hopefully someone will ease my pain. Roughly three months ago Coldplay took over for a couple hours on a southern California radio station (dont remember which)...anways Chris played a song from one of their favorite new age artists. Trying to find out which song it was ? The only thing I remember is the song had no words and was very peaceful (like a meditation type song)...the song rocked and I need to find it. I listened to it once on Youtube and people put it to a cemetery background...thats all I got...I know its not much but I hope someone will know thx :D

Ok, I was listening to it earlier and everything about it is so blissful and timeless...I can see this sounding just as new as it is now 30 years from now, the melody and the everything about the instruments and how Chris does the vocals is the greatest. This very well could be Coldplay's "Across the Universe". Now all they need to do is RELEASE IT.
