So not sure if many of you venture into the World of Music or not, but you may know that I run a music blog called the Broken Speaker. Currently I'm in a contest to find the top music website in Canada run by CBC Radio 3 (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation). It started off with a list of 120 websites. That was cut down to 60 (where I beat out Arcade Fire's website :P ), then I made the top 30. Surprisingly I am now in the top 20. The next cut comes this week and I'm trying to make the top 10. As an avid fan of Coldplay's song The Goldrush, with all it's jolly laughing and happiness, I would like to create a group via a thread under the name...The Goldrush Society. Ok so I do not like Shiver. Its not bad, but it isnt my favorite. Everyone seems to go nuts when they play shiver live, but I die alittle inside when shiver replaces Cemeteries of London. Like I said, it isnt bad...just not my favorite. Is there anyone else that doesnt like it when they play it live?? I just feel like that song slot could be filled with some absolutely wonderful songs...(In My Opinion something like Talk or Glass of Water)

I don't know if I'm the only one who ever greatly misjudged a Coldplay song or any song for that matter (probably not) but I just feel so bad about it. Hey hey, I searched for it but I couldn't find anything. So, what do we know about the new clothes? I really like the shirts and jackets, does anybody know what brand they are? I've seen around here that the trousers are from Carhartt and the watches are Casio G-Shock GW6900 models if i recall that correctly. Hey, could someone plese tell me what's been happening in the CP camp over the last month? I lost my computer :angry: and have got shoddy internet now so completly can't find out anything!! Well, I know Coldplay has done a fantastic job during 11 years of their career :smug: and im proud to be their die hard fan :D But i think there's few things that Coldplay should do 1. They should make a Live DVD after the each tour 2. They should make a page where the fans can choose the songs that's going to be in the setlist 3. Does anyone have or can make only Johny's guitar parts? Like, In my place, but only his guitar. WHen will's drums failed to play in my place, you could hear johnny's riff loud and clear and it sounded sweet. Im just wondering if anyone has stripped versions of songs with only his guitar riffs.
