If any of you watched the live concert in Madrid you would have noticed a symbol on Chris Martins t-shirt. This my friends is the Burmese zodiac symbol of an animal. Which animal you may ask, the elephant. THINK ABOUT THE VIDEO PARADISE! May I also bring to all of your attention that during the concert in Madrid, if you look closely, you will see a MX symbol on Chris Martins leg pants. The M and the X are joined together forming a symbol of it's own. This may also be a zodiac symbol for the constellation of Virgo. Could this be an explanation of what the "MX" on the backside of the album cover actually means or implies? Have any of you heard of the Zodiac Butterfly…

Hellooowww peoplee!! I'm new to the forum and I am a big fan of Coldplay! Now about this thread... As it says in the title, I guess most of you loved the new clip of paradise. I didn't really understood the link between the song and the clip. If you like, explain the clip your own way! :D

Remember when Coldplay tweeted the picture of what was supposed to be a shot from the video and it was Chris playing piano? ..what about that model they had hired? Anyone know what happened to that idea? I really like this video, though. I thought it was very funny, simple..and cute...haha. :D

Type here why you didn't like the video cause i really don't know why people seem to lose the idea of a music video,yes it was funny,not dumb funny but real funny,still it is nothing close to the atmosphere of the song ! Coldplay said they picked this song over charlie brown because it supposedly represented the album better but i feel like MX/HLH represents the whole album and it shouldve been picked rather than paradise. Mx has the amazing intro Hurts like heaven has the whole love theme in it its more upbeat and it is overall better than paradise but this is my 2 cents. anyone care to add theirs?

Hello, I dont really post that much but today I got off the Tube at Charing Cross station to be met by Chris Martin in an elephant costume right by the escalators! CRAZY! It's the first time I have met him! He was wearing the full costume head to toe. He was in front of the camera holding up a ripped cardboard with the lyris "When she was just a girl..." written by hand on it. This was today at about lunch time (tuesday). In total it was about 3 people behind the camera fixing stuff, one bodyguard & Chris in an elephant suit! I went up to shake his hand saying I loved his music and he said "How do you know it's me!?". As they couldn't see his face people…

I don't know if you guys notice that the beginning of Para is wierd. It seems the end of the song before Para(which is hurts like heaven) leads directly and smoothly to Para. I just wonder if this little connection would make Para sounds and feels better than being listened alone. Just like people said, songs are truly better when being listened along within the whole album. especially for an "album" band like coldplay. you gotta remember how Violet Hill's first verse kicks in so awesomely strong when the last chords of Viva La Vida is still ringng. It could be the same thing for Para. (Violet Hill alone is still a better song though)
