One of the hardest things I remember having to tell myself early on into becoming a Radiohead fan was that, as a whole, Radiohead is a much more talented band than Coldplay is. I didn't want to accept it for the longest time, but it's simply the truth. Like you said, either of them could go solo and have it be critically acclaimed. Tom Chaplin sings beautifully on this song, but I find it even more beautiful when it's played with a piano only. So I hooked up my MIDI controller and recorded a cover of this song.
