Dear all, I have had this idea for a while now, and the fact that everybody seems to be working at some kind of project (be it audio editing, art, or something else) has encouraged me to go on with this. The working title currently is a line from Fix You, as you can see in the thread title. At this stage I don't yet want to divulge what it is all about. Hi all, since I collect Coldplay CDs and DVDs I' always on the lookout for nice bootleg DVDs from those Eras that have no official Live DVDs, especially X&Y and Parachutes. So, does anyone think that Coldplay should try writing a few longer songs? As in, a song or two over 7-8 minutes? An "epic?" (yes, Coldplay have many "epic" songs, but in this case I mean length) I'm not saying ALL Coldplay songs should be longer, because then that would probably become too progressive for their style, but personally, I think every now and then, some nice drawn-out instrumental sections in a song would be nifty.
