So there have been many rumors going around that Coldplay are working on new songs. In the interview with Sirius XM, Chris said they had plans for the future and mentioned new songs. A lot of us freaked out and thought "ohhh new coldplay songs woo! :dance:" But I saw a lot of people saying that those new songs could just be different versions of the songs from AHFOD never performed live, (Army of One, etc.) Coldplay has also played some interesting funky tunes at their soundchecks on occassion and nobody seems to know the name of them! Okay, so this is my edited post. After a week long of really deep thoughts (because I love all of Coldplay's music) I have finally came up with my chosen 3 songs. It would have to be..... Gravity Swallowed in the Sea Hurts like Heaven I watched the Howard Stern interview with Chris. He (Chris) was asked if the band has ever or would ever perform for hire....wedding, bday party etc....he said for a million bucks they would come and perform a couple of songs. So....my question is, if you hired Coldplay to perform for you...but could only choose 3 songs What 3 songs would you choose??

Which is your favorite? Both are at the end of the albums [Ghost Stories & AHFOD] and are both piano-driven with O really conveying the ideology of never giving up/ let go, whilst Up&Up expresses the essence of rejoicing and dreams coming true.. I'm kinda stuck between which I like more but probably have to go with O since I feel Ghost Stories was a better overall album

Hey guys! Today I finally completed my collection of Coldplay albums (+Prospekts March)! Here it is: But, I don't want to stop collecting. In fact, I want to start buying stuff like singles, and eps. I've seen a lot of singles on vinyl, but I don't have a record player, so they'd be useless. Also, since I'm a teenager, I can't really afford the $100+ ones. Any help on were to find some?

I was just thinking what you think would be the best Coldplay era. I'm not talking about their songs from the era's album but rather their live performances, clothing etc. Mine would be the Viva La Vida era mostly because they tried a lot of interesting takes on their older songs, especially the GPASUYF and Talk version.

I'm talking about the way they're representing themselves in the media. It's basically Chris who seems to be doing all the press and stuff. And looking at the promo for example (for ghost stories, that video), it's mostly Chris. At the end of the video it focuses again on Chris with his guitar walking on the road or sitting in the car. It seems to me like it's more and more about Chris Martin and the band rather than Coldplay. Does anyone else agree? Thoughts?

So I always notice Guy's teeth in his pictures. I know he's definitely had some work done on them, but I am not sure what kind of work. When did Guy go from having teeth like this (not the best picture, I know) ....to having teeth like this? It makes me think he got dentures or something, but then there are pictures of him where his teeth look like they are in between the two pictures above.... So what do you guys think? Dentures?
