So Coldplay are performing at Radio 1's Big Weekend on the 24th May and Phil posted on Twitter sometime ago asking for song suggestions. If you got to choose 5 songs for them to definatley play (besides the main big songs like Paradise, Magic, Viva the ones they will definatley play), what would you choose? There are rumors that Coldplay could be one of the headliners 0f the Jay Z curated Made in America Festival that will be held in Los Angeles and Philadelphia on August 30-31. Chris was on Kevin and beans morning show on KROQ today and when asked about a larger tour for this album, he immediately said no. He explained that they couldn't see performing these songs in large arenas, as they are more intimate songs. He said the TV special (and supposed DVD release down the road) is in place of a full tour. As for the TV special this Sunday, he says it features only 6 of the 8 new songs plus 3 older songs. The French TV channel Canal+ just announced on Twitter that Coldplay will be performing live on the show e Grand Journal on April 24, starting 7.10pm (French time, so GMT+1 I believe?) hey its me I actually live in Japan so I was very happy to see coldplay is going to perform in the tokyo where I live. its gonna be hard getting a tikit as they are only having 6 performances and everyone will want to buy the tickets but coldplay will have a bigger tour later, but question do you think ill be able to get a ticket for the tokyo performance/ it would be amazing for me to go the first performance I ever saw by them was one of their first onces during parachutes it would be great to go again many ty doo
