Does anyone have anymore information on this? I have read the WikiColdplay article on it. My friend went to Bali and he picked up a copy from a shop:stunned: and gave it to me, seeing i am a big fan of Coldplay:). How about that for how far things can travel over a short period of time. Has anyone else got the unofficial CD?

Yesterday I had a conversation with a capitol records AR guy and he told me that as of right now the new album will be out in April of 2008...he also said that there is currently no official name for the album but they have started working on concepts for the artwork(which he had not seen, only heard about). He said they had something like 34 tracks recorded and are in the process of narrowing them down. I tried to get more info out of him but he said there wasn't really much more info than that floating around at the time. In Your opinion wich of the two x & y viedos is the best, Fix You or Speed of Sound, i think that speed of sound is great, it reflects the new wave of the band, but the end of fix you blows me away...

While organizing my digital music library, I noticed I'm missing some nice coldplay album art, specifically for the "Don't Panic", "GPASUYF" and "SoS" singles. Sure, i've found some online, but none have been anything near "high quality". It would be great if someone could share some proper, clear, at least 500x500 album art. Thanks!

The song '1.36' was a b-side to 'The Scientist' right? it sounds a lot different to any other song Coldplay has recorded. Does anyone know when it was recorded?

RECORD OUTFIT EMI is reporting that the sales results for its DRM-free music are better than those with protection. Since EMI ditched the DRM on iTunes it has seen sales of Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon increase by between 272 and 350 percent. It is too early to tell if this is just a temporary rise as punters replace their old DRM infected tracks with those which are protection free. However it does look like punters have given the record labels the thumbs up for DRM free music. According to Bloomberg, digital sales for other DRM free music increased by between 17 to 24 per cent. Hey all, I'm doing a major project and I chose to do it on Coldplay! In this interview at around 3.35 Chris says they put a time track in the middle of the album but when I play the CD Speed of Sound follows on after X&Y without a gap as if there wasn't a deliberate gap between the 1st and 2nd half. Has anybody got a copy with the gap in between the 2?

Hello! I want to buy X & Y and I saw that an extended edition exists with a bonus CD which contains all the b-sides of the album. I read lots of times that the second disc is a CD, or sometimes DVD. I've was thinking about purchasing the Australian edition of talk, because it includes gravity, unlike most of the other editions. But i dont completely understand this copy protection philosophy. Is it posible to upload the cd onto itunes?
