That's the game: each of us will try to guess the LP4tracklist (no edits, no second posts) LP4 should have 9 songs + escapist (according to last non-official news) and the winner will win... nothing! just the fame to be able to see the future... or if someome could think of some good prize, suggestions are welcome :) here the songs we know: * Lost! * Cemeteries Of London * Violet Hill * Poppy Fields * 42 * Yes! * Leftrightleftrightleft * Rainy Day * Famous Old Painters * Glass Of Water * Prospekt's March * Lovers In Japan * Strawberry Swing * Song For The Escapist (sure track)

I was just on KROQ's website and noticed that they had an article about Coldplay's upcoming album at the bottom of the page. Honestly, I don't think the album will be called Prospekt, however I think May is a likely time for the album to be released since it is all but finished. Here's the link to the website.... http://www.kroq.com/

I am just wondering what LP4 stands for. I am anxious for this new album to come out, and I am so skeptical on what it is going to sound like. I just am hoping that it is going to be better than X&Y. Not that X&Y wasnt good, I just want it to be BETTER. But yeah what in the hell is LP4 standing for?

A Rush Of Blood To The Head has been selected as one of Q Magazine's Albums of the 00s: The Scientist was also recognised as one of the Tracks of the 00s. I couldn't scan it, but it says: "It was written on an out-of-tune piano, but The Scientist transcended those beginnings to become a very English stadium anthem, one whose strength lay in its middle-class reserve. The jumping-off point for a wave of "sensitive" British indie types, from Keane to Snow Patrol. Most British Moment: Chris Martin's vocal delivery; emotion gets the better of the Head Boy persona".

I was listening to XFM today. After The Scientist finished playing the dj said the tracked Prospekt was now avaliable for download. He didnt say from what site or any link at all. Does anyone know if this is true or has he simply got confused and meant to say the new album can be pre order? Anyone any ideas? I have searched the internet but havent had any luck, so im not holding my breath.

What do you think, what will be the title of the 4th album? I was thinking about this and i came to the conclusion it might be "42", since it's gonna 42 min long. I think this title would fit the record because they said it was gonna be short, homogenic but a whole. I'm just guessing...

I think LP4 will be coldplay's fastest selling album since nearly everyone who bought X&Y loved it, but I think that if it's more of an acoustic album that X&Y then I truly doubt it. I think it will be a success and in my opinion, give it a couple of years and I think it will have sold 8-10 million.

Reading about that old petition on the main site about getting that DVD released got me thinking. If you got given a choice of one of the following 3 dvds to get released, which one would you vote for? 1 - Toronto 06 2 - A show from the Latin America tour of 2007 3 - A compilation dvd with various songs from various locations throughout the X&Y tour, mixing some of the classic tracks which got played at every show with those rarities which only got played once or twice.

I heard it for the first time on Nova 937, i never ever hear any Coldplay songs on the radio, and i listen to the radio alot. To hear GPASUYF is like the most unlikey thing to happen because it is one of Coldplay's most 'unpopular' single. Thought id just share it.;)

I'd like to think that I'm a HUGE Coldplay fan. I got into them around 2003-04 when I heard Clocks playing on the radio in a store in Times Square (I still remember it like it was yesterday). I bought X&Y at Border's book store for the outlandish price of $16 and I got the rest of their albums the next Christmas. I had the amazing dream come true of seeing them in concert in March during their Twisted Logic Tour and I still wish the concert was going on right now. BUT, rather than babble on about my complete Coldplay devotion and worship, let me get to my confession... I'VE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO HEAR 'A RUSH OF B-SIDES TO YOUR HEAD'! Isn't that disguisting!?!…
