Has there been any hints, or clues to what the actual Album of Liva La Vida will look like?

I was in HMV in my local store, and I enquired about pre ordering it, so the guy looked it up on their computer and it said "Coldplay - Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends - 13th JUNE" I know there are a million threads about this guys, but I wanted it to grab all of your attentions. HMV are releasing it on the 13th! - 3 days less to wait :D When I asked the guy why it was being released on a friday when ALL music is released on a monday he simply chuckled and said "It's Coldplay, being up themselves and trying to be different" :laugh3:

I heard somewhere that Jon recorded most of AROBTTH on his ES-335. Does anyone know if this is true? Most of the tracks on the finished record sound like the tone he gets out of his thinlines, and he doesn't seem to use the 335 often live, so I kind of doubt this...

I just read that Violet Hill will be released May 6th. Only two and a half weeks!

So, I was bored today and I was thinking about what people have been saying about Violet Hill being download only. This might mean that when the song becomes available for download, it will not come with its own artwork, like other 'physical' singles off the album. So I thought I would make an unofficial cover for Violet Hill as if it were a single off the new album! I hope this would be useful for those who like album art displayed with their songs on their iPod, or on their media player of choice. Well, I made this thread to this gorgeous song, here you can post everything about it, it's like the official coldplaying white shadows thread :P, it's not my fav song, but it is one of them, if you are willing to discuss anything, don't doubt it. I'm going to give you a quick review of this song: This song can cheer you up, a nice guitar riff, sticky and brilliant (who cares if it is easy to play?), nice bass and battery, with all those organs it sounds great, and Chris's voice, it's just gorgeous on this song, it is hard to sing with those high notes but I think it is better than other tracks on X&Y, he doesn't sound very "poppy". Yet another "guess when it'll happen" poll :rolleyes: So people don't get confused, Rolling Stone said that the band want to release it as promotion for the album, not as a single. So it is most likely to be released before the single comes out (whenever that 'May' be... pun intended). So, when do you think it will be released, and how do you think the band will release it? I hate to say this but I'm a little worried about LP4. Anyone else? Here's why... A Rush of Blood to the Head in my mind was the greatest thing I'd ever heard and the songs they wrote while on that tour were even better...Ladder to the Sun, Sweet Marianne, does it get any better?!? I was so excited for X & Y because I thought that was the direction they were going in. But, alas, they didn't. They scrapped all those brilliant songs and started over, and I found it disappointing. About 3 years ago, i watched an older concert video of coldplay. i found it with the windows media player. in a older version of the player, there you could look at different video clips of any band. the concert was about 45 minutes long, but i couldn't find it anymore. it was a concert, aprox. 1999/2000 with most songs of parachutes. (i especialy remember spies, which i've never seen somwhere else in a video) does anybody knows which concert i'm talking about and where i can find that again online somewhere? thanks for your answers

it's about brothers & sisters obviously there are both: ep and single (one relased in '98 and the other in '99, i think) but that's all i know so, please write anything you know about this subject, and also upload if possible:)
