What is the meaning of this name? Is it like politics that just sounds cooler that way? I have looked it up, but can find it in that spelling. Anyone who knows?

according to an (unofficial) website Coldplay has found time to write some songs. There was one that they said would be in the album.. ECHOS was the name due to the nonstop touring planned in 2007 there will be a realease around Christmas of 2007

Some people have said its Brand Nubian - Meaning of the 5%, but ive checked and its not that. Anyone have any idea, or where I could find out?

Hey Everyone, I was just at HMV a couple days ago and an empty disc case was in the coldplay section and said "coming soon". I can only assume this is the DVD and i asked someone the exact date and they said October 24th. How can they release something with no advertising or anything even on their website??? Weird but i hope its there Oct 24. Anyone know officially what the hell is goin on? patoronto

Sorry, I know that there's a thread for this somewhere. But insted of searching after it for 500 hours I just made a new one.. ;) So what would you want the new albums artwork to look like? What do you think it will look like? (if anyone could possibly know that, I don't even think Coldplay knows that yet). I hope it won't be an album with themselfes on it. I hate when bands put them self on the CD-sleeve. :\ I also hope they will continue with the whole thing where the singles have similuar artwork as the album. That's lovely :) Please write what you thinnk!

Have you had a thought about the new Christmas Message, and what Jonny might actually be saying. He says something like (cant quite remember) 'i predict railways will be big in the future'. Think of this as if he were talking about the title of a song, or perhaps... the title of one of their NEW SONGS :) I dont know, just something I thought of... but hey, they could just be taking the piss :D <--- more likely

When will free Coldplay its new album? I worship them. They are so smooths out. The voices and the high piano, oh... They are so many better than horrifying has beens Radiohead.

I am wondering if any of you have already bought this calendar, or if you've purchased Coldplay calendars in the past. I'm curious as to what kind of pictures are included - concert, studio, candid, etc? I'm only able to find a front cover pic of the new calendar...thanks!

Hey I was wondering since I'm a fan from mexico and don't have all the acces to singles and EP's so easy it would be really great to donwload the castles recopilation with the B-sides, I know it's unnoficcial and doesn't hel coldplay but i would be great, also i have to say the coldplay concert in Mexico sold in about 2 hours, they are here fot two day and both concerts are totally sould out, and they're not until march just so you can see how many coldpaly fans we have in mexico

I've got a question about the How you see the world (the hardest part live b-side). Allright I've got it and when I've listened to it I've noticed that there's both piano, electric guitar and acoustic guitar. Is that correct? :confused: I mean if it's right then how the hell do they do it? I think the electric guitar and the acoustic guitar are playing at they same places so it can't be Jonny using any pedal. is Chris switching between acoustic guitar and piano? I'm confused. If anyone has any idea about this please write :)

i've always thought the tracklisting was wrong for x&y so i thought i'd change it: square 1 talk what if white shadows fix you x&y speed of sound a message low twisted logic/til kingdom come (til kingdom come would be properly hidden, like life is for living, not just as track 13) parachutes tracklisting's perfect, but i would've left a whisper off rush of blood. what's everone else's preferred tracklistings for the albums? :)

Hey guys. What, in your opinion, is the best version of Don't Panic? Actually i'm just looking for different takes on the song, such as the AOL session which featured the harmonica.
