Which ones do you think will be picked? I bet that Ink and True Love. Or at least one of them. Ink would be very cool for a summer/autumn release!

Usually, I respect the tracklist, but with the Target version, I feel like this album deserves to be changed. So. 1 Always in My Head 2 Magic 3 Ink 4 True Love 5 Midnight 6 Another's Arms 7 All Your Friends 8 Oceans 9 A Sky Full of Stars 10 Ghost Story 11 O 12 O Part 2 No big changes, but that's it. Do you want to change the tracklist? Or what would you have chose if you wanted to?

Ghost stories is an album that shows us that him (Chris or anybody else, even you and me) is lost, as if he were in a sea away from God, in the dark ( therefore the oceanic atmosphere and the album cover in the ocean, and the art of the cd. in part as a terrifying ghost story), where he's in tribulation, full of problems, but still looking for God. for help, asking for HIM to show up. Although this is an album like any other of their albums, a disguised one, with songs that show the reality of things and at the same time disguised with events that do have another meaning, one that suits us or simply prefer, just because it fits. It's been over a week since Ghost Stories was released, so what are, up to now, your most played songs? Mine are, in order from most to least (including the songs from the deluxe version): 1. Ink (21) 2. True Love (21) 3. ASFOS (18) 4. All Your Friends (17) 5. O (Fly On) (16) 6. Ghost Story (15) 7. Always In My Head (12) 8. Another's Arms (9) 9. Magic (8) 10. O (Reprise) (6) 11. Midnight (5) 12. Oceans (4) I don't count the plays before album release, then it would be a lot more haha :p And I think Magic and Midnight would also have a lot more plays than this.

Four out of nine Ghost Stories tracks have been [publicly] performed. In all four of those tracks, the subject matter is about two people being apart. Clearly, the focus of the album is on life after a separation. Obviously, Ghost Stories is fiction. Regardless, I’m sure we’ll get a glimpse of Chris’ perceptions about life during this tough time.

Story Will, this past week I finally got my Vinyl Copy of Ghost Stories ( ), and I notices that it can with the Digital Copy wow, but I already have a Digital Copy on iTunes so I don't need it. so I decided to give it away here. Why? Entertainment Weekly gave the album a B, pretty much saying that it was a moody, dark album, but it is a transition into a new album in 2016. I expected the entertainment magazines won't be big fans of the low key stuff. I have a feeling Rolling Stone Magazine will give it a 4 star, NME will give it a 8.0, and overall, probably about a 75 or 78 percent metacritic rating. http://www.ew.com/ew/article/0,,20816099,00.html

I was just thinking, the fact that we have just 9 new songs on the normal version gives me a theory that there will follow a LP6.2 OR LP7 sooner as we might think? Many artists do this or have plans (Justin Timberlake dit, Arctic Monkeys want it etc) What do you think?

Hi everyone, Ever since the Ghost Stories track list was released, I was intrigued as to what "O" meant. I apologise if this has been answered by Chris in an interview or if there is another thread about it, but I have a theory as to why it seems so important. Chris has the "O" tattoo on his hand, along with the G, A and M tattoos. Could O possibly be the initial of Gwyneth's miscarried child? I could be way off the mark here, but the G M A and O are all symmetrical on his body as if the connection between them all is family, and O does seem to be an extremely prominent part of the whole album and artwork. So I am dfminkle responding to his tweet that it was "painful for him to give that review because Coldplay is one of his favorite bands." Honestly, I still call it BS, but he claims that if he were to have reviewed the previous albums for pitchfork he would have given these ratings: Parachutes: 10.0 Rush of Blood: 8.6 X&Y: 5.0 Viva La Vida: 10.0 Prospekt's March: 9.2 Mylo Xyloto: 8.9 .. If this question has already been asked and answered somewhere else I apologize, but I saw this earlier today and was really puzzled by it. I cant seem to Rip Ghost Stories :( I know they are keen about piracy but comeon! do I have to buy a cd player which is so obsolete nowadays just to listen to ghost stories? or maybe i made the wrong decision buying legally and shouldve just downloaded an illegal copy and can just copy to my cellphone so frustrating! error: windows cannot rip one or more tracks on the cd! :rolleyes:

i have eagerly awaited the coldplay since March and ever since Midnight came out. It was such a happy time for me musically to wait and anticipate coldplays release and to think it would be one of their best albums to come. Just to find out after release date that itd not yet released here in record ships in the Phillipines!! I have been discploned enough to not listen to any of the non~singles even though it was so tempting...because i knew they all would sound good based on reception :( i dont know and i cant take it to go on youube and listen to the whole album stream! Im afraid it could ruin the magical feeling of buying a legal copy and listening to it the first time…

Hey Guys and Girls! I've just registered here and I wanted to open a thread regarding custom made cover arts for GS. It's been a passion of mine for quite some time now, creating artworks for my favourite bands and their current and past albums. That also includes "Best-Of" and "Greatest Hits" compilations. Anyway, that's what I have come up with today, nothing spectacular.
