Can't we get subforums for all the other albums tooo? :sad: hmm, I'll start the discussion. I think Parachutes is the best Coldplay album by far. Anybody agree/disagree/want to discuss this?

hi if anyone wants the iPod + iTunes viva la vida coldplay commercials and the other commercial they did for X&Y well then go on iTunes and go to the store and type up iLife and then click on the daily iLife album and it should be there.

Hey guys, I bought a copy of Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends on the first day it was out, and on the CD itself it lacks the usual band/album title above the track listing. It DOES however, show the tracklisting. I have a friend with the same thing on his CD. Has anyone else encountered this or do you guys think me and my friend have misprints? Thanks.

Was just on rage(an Australian video program) and Coldplay have Glass of Water playlisted tomorrow night. So am intrigued to see whether Australia is getting an exclusive release of a Coldplay video.

Ok. I have a Youtube video downloader, and I downloaded the Idiot video that was recorded live in 2001. After I did that, I have a way of taking out the video, and just making an audio track. Well, I hate the quality of it... The drums are way too loud, and I can barely hear the guitar. Does anyone know where I can get a better quality version of the song? It can be from Youtube, or not. It doesn't matter. Thanks! :cool:

Anyone on the board have any Coldplay promo video's? Not the 1-track singles but concert, TV, news promo's. Most of these originate via Capital records in the US as a way of promoting the band in the early days. A few I have seen are: MTV $2 concert Vic Theater, Chicago Glastonbury Festival 2003 Olympia, France Music Max Sessions Are there any for some of the bands early webcasts?

I can't recall where i heard this but i heard part of a song with Chris Martin and the lyrics were X (long pause)and Y. To desctibe it i would compare it to the The Escapist, that pace is similar and has a feel for a hidene track

FYI for collectors who use eBay; Seller "ducksicc" was most likely suspended recently for selling counterfeit Safety EP's. S/he posted a few copies for auction on US and UK eBay sites, and successfully scammed one buyer. Ducksicc's previous feedback was low numbered, but solid. Since the Safety EP was pulled, s/he has received a negative feedback for selling counterfeit CDs. One of the positive feedbacks left also stated the CDs sold were copies. Sorry if this has already been discussed, but I've never been able to figure out what the lyrics are after the "365 degrees" of the 2nd verse - "Searching your mellow" makes no sense to me, and Chris definitely sings an 'O' at the end of whatever that 's' word is.
