Mylo Xyloto (2011)

Yesterday, I was thinking about the as yet unreleased songs from the MX Era and was inspired to write lyrics to Tomorrow. I've been really slow,I only just got the album today,and so far it's great,fav song so far is Paradise! Time will tell if it's as good as their previous effort.

I know the guys have had sooooo much to do recently, actually the whole year. But do you think that they might work on a new song(s) or something like that, now that MX are done? Just a thought:thinking:

Is it just me or Am I having a hard time syncing my ORIGINAL Mx Cd ALbum to my mp3?? i dont want to go to a pc all the time just to listen to the MX album I want it to grow on me when im on my mp3. can anyone help me? tell me what to do ? i try to copy it manually from the cd but it cant and the song size is just 1KB which is impossible ....:rolleyes:

Basically out of the above transitions, which works the best with the song that follows it. Which transition do you almost have to listen to in order for the song to really work. For me, DLIBYH without AHT just isn't really the same.

It was sooo cold out there… but after one hour i have it :)

In my opinion... I think if these instrumentals are ever released like the previous albums, this will be the best one. Paradise, Charlie Brown, and Princess of China so far have amazing music arrangements I really can't wait to hear them.

I was just wondering what my fellow Coldplayers think of the tracklist of MX and what theirs would ideally be. Personally, I think it goes downhill after Major Minus until Up With the Birds. Considering they where obviously written and recorded in the MX sessions, I'm really, really disappointed that Moving to Mars and Christmas Lights didn't appear on the album. Obviously if they where going to, they wouldn't have been released when they were and Christmas Lights wouldn't be Christmas themed. But anyway, this is my ultimate tracklist for MX. 1. Since I love Coldplay's clothes almost as much as their music I just wonder if anyone here knows any store or brand who has the same kind of jacket that Chris wear? :) Not the exact same of course, just this kind of thin jacket. So when Apple released Ping, Coldplay released a video clip of Chris & Guy playing the xylophone. Does anyone know what song they were working on? The closest I can think of is "Don't let it break your heart" Any other guesses???

Hey, guys. Thanks to user HPS who provided us with huge tiffs of the album artwork, I was able to make a 600x600 (same size as iTunes album art) image of the LP artwork. I tried my best to match the letters up with the colourful version of the artwork to try and make it perfect and I came pretty close I think. Maybe just a few pixels off. One of the things I love about Coldplay is their ability to write a beautifully cohesive album that really rallies upon a theme: Viva la Vida was wound around revolution (both personal and political), X&Y contained ruminations about Chris' personal life and deepest concerns. From Coldplay's twitter: Mylo Xyloto is available to buy in all @Starbucks in the U.S., plus you can get a free track via the Starbucks Digital Network instore. A Is this a new track, or is it just a track from the album? Does anybody know?

Is it safe to say that Mylo Xyloto is a UK sales flop? :stunned::stunned::shocked2:

Anyone feel slightly sorry for him? Seems to just be background in every song and never gets a solo or a track where you can really here the bass as an individual instrument.
