It mainly only the beginning and end sound just like UFO and in the beginning are a about two chords from UWTB. I think it was released Monday, 29th in November 2011. Coldplay's album released on October so a month before it. Idk. I just found that it was something to say lol. XD But I got to admit it's a nice song.

Chris has explained the meaning of Xyloto (feeling music in your toes) but he never talks about the Mylo part. I was just helping my 7th grader with an Ancient Greek homework last night and found out the meaning of Mylo though pronounced meeloh in Greek. I have a hard time believing that Chris chose Mylo not knowing that it actually means Apple in Greek. So Mylo Xyloto means Apple's Musical Toes?

Since we are getting closer to the start of the proper MX tour, I was wondering if they'll play new songs live like they did with the previous tours. They could be songs that are totally new (like the Frankfurt one) and that are intende only as a "live bonus"(like The Dubliners and Don Quixotte) and probably will never be relased or, since the are rumors of an EP, they could be songs that were left from MX and will probably relased in the near future. I did a bit of a search and came up empty handed so apologies if this is already blindingly obvious, but does anyone know if there's a Mylo Xyloto promo disc floating around? I always find the promo discs give a fascinating insight into track history and it'd be great to get that again this time around for some of the tracks we don't know that much about (like UATW).

:D Also no MX-era EP. It'd be cool to see them do what U2 did with Achtung Baby/Zooropa and release a quick, experimental follow-up to Mylo Xyloto sometime during the tour but I doubt it seeing as stadium dates are quickly coming up.

Think about it: they are soon going to start the "proper" MX tour, which means there will be longer concerts than those from the festivals last year. Their shows, by the way, have never been as uplifting as now (imho). Also, their last (and only) live DVD was recorded many years ago and three albums were realeased since then, which means they have plenty of new songs to add to the tracklisting. Of course I'm partly saying that because I'd love Coldplay to release a new live DVD, but don't you think the tides are rather favourable to do so now?
